Overall I was happy with the work that he did on my computer. I wouldn't use over the phone service in the future to do any repairs to my computer work anymore. I want someone right here in person so I can talk to them.

The tech came to my home to repair the problems and again the next day by remote service.

Technician was very professional and efficient and provided hints on how to avoid such problems in the future.

I've used this provider several times. The price was good due to a coupon on its Angie's page for a $59 home visit. The service took less than an hour. Al arrived a bit late (due to excessive traffic on a Friday evening). He replaced the old router, entered the new network code into my printer, and re-established my PC wireless connection (which unaccountably disappeared). He did a fine job and I'm pleased with the result.

The software the technician suggested I use temporarily keeps on interrupting my work by popping up asking me if I want to buy it now or later. I can't get rid of it.

Al was at my house for close to an hour and fixed every issue I was having with my computers and new router. Outstanding work at an extremely reasonable cost. There were no additional charges beyond the $59 Angie's List deal.

I was thinking that someone was going to come to my house and fix my problems. Instead someone calls and tried to fix it while a small child is hollering in the background. The computer still runs slow.

The guy came, ran diagnostics and confirmed that the fan needed to be replaced (which I already knew) and then told me that they don't do hardware repairs. I don't think the issue was with the technician who was very professional and recommended places where I could take the laptop for service. Rather I think it was the office that took my money and sent a tech to my house for a hardware repair when they don't offer that service. And since the guy came I was charged for the home visit anyway.

Al was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. He arrived at my home right on time and went to work. He quickly found and removed the viruses that had attacked my home computer (even though we have active virus protection). After removing viruses, Al then showed how to retrieve many of the lost files (the virus was a ransom type that encrypted many of our files, even on backup drives). Al also recommended better virus protection products to replace the software that allowed the virus through in the first place. End result is we are now virus free, have two new and improved virus protection systems and we were able to retrieve nearly 12,000 lost files (including lots of family photos). Highly recommended!

I purchased a deal to have my computer checked. They sent me a phone number to call to set up an appointment. I left 2 voice mails and never received a call back. I spoke with a customer service representative at Angies List who sent a 2nd request to this company. I never received a phone call or email. I requested a refund.

The technician, Al arrived on time and he was very professional. He had my printer up and running in less than an hour. I was very happy with the results.

It went very well. He came out fix the computer quickly and he stayed within the hour time frame I paid for.

This was a remote computer repair. Abe was very professional and very nice to work with. He obviously knew what he was doing and took pains to make sure that my problems were solved. I will gladly work with him again.

There were contributing factors to the printer going off line, but Al quickly understood the issues and fixed the problem. He only needed half the allotted time to get the printer up and running. He then insisted in cleaning up other problems he had noticed earlier despite the fact he could have left. Al was friendly, professional and made the issues easily understandable. I highly recommend him and will contact Cyber Team Solutions for any other problems!

He was on time and very professional. Knew exactly how to solve my problems and did it. Will definitely call him again if I have any more issues with my computer. He also helped me with my laptop.

I'm going to have to call somebody back to fix the tool bar thing. The person who came out was very nice and tried to find an answer for everything I asked. I think they were good. I think he worked with me pretty well. He cleaned out a lot of things out of my computer. I don't think its a problem where he actually has to come out fix it. He can tell me what to do. Another time I called him when I had a problem and he told me what to do.

While this was something that most people can do themselves we're getting too old to crawl around under the computer desk, plus it would have taken me many, many frustrating hours to do what he did in less than 2 hours. He arrived on time even though he was coming up to Carney from Columbia during rush hour. This was not the first company I called. I'd originally called another company I found on Angie's List, one located just a few miles away. The person I spoke to told me the cost would be $125 an hour (their website claims they are a great bargain) and the owner would have to call me back. They never did. They also told me there would be no discount for house calls. Cyber Team Solutions gave us a discount on the first hour and even with a small travel fee they were a lot cheaper than the first place I called.

The initial phone call was a pleasure. I spoke with Mrs. Estevez who scheduled the appointment. She was courteous, friendly and very helpful. The provider, Al, arrived promptly on the minute and immediately assessed the situation. He worked expertly and quietly as he explained his plan of action. The provider, Al, even remained a few extra minutes without charge. I am exceedingly pleased. A neighbor has already been told and has hired him .

Al installed a new router. Had a few little problems, handled them all efficiently. Updated computer and other devices. Helped with new phone and gave me opinion about it. He is very knowledgeable and very patient with someone who has limited knowledge with this stuff.

CTS went above and beyond the call of duty in trying to fix this problem, which turned out to be fixable only by restoring the original factory settings. The CTS representative (the company's owner) was available at home on a holiday weekend to take follow-up calls to walk me through the process after he left my residence. He tried numerous possible solutions before deciding on the solution of last resort. He was very patient and professional throughout this frustrating process. Would definitely use CTS again.

After working with then, my computer was running like new. Great job!
