Description of Work: I had a nasty virus on my home computer and Aldo went through each and every thing with me by proxying in to my computer and fixing it so there are no longer any pop-ups and he also told me what to do and what not to do to avoid future virus's. Description of Work: He was prompt..courteous..I had already explained printer problem & had disc so he reloaded program. After that he looked at my computer & suggested using another security system than we had. I agreed & he got us a free 10 day trial & ran diagnostics. It found a lot of stuff that he could take care of. I have since bought the premium service at a low price. He finished this all in one hour. Confirmed that I didnt need anything else..took our check & said to call if we had any other problems. He was the owner of the company..I think his name was Al but I cant find his card right. His name & phone number is right on the web page. Just dont forget to say you found him on Angies List!

Description of Work: My Windows based computer had an issue where I could not get past the sign on screen. The technician arrived on time and tried various things to solve the issue. After a while he said that it appeared that the PC probably had malware. He recommended "refreshing" the hard drive which entailed having the OS disk. The PC which was only 13 months old, did not arrive with a Windows installation disk so the technician recommended calling the computer maker to obtain a disk. He then advised me on what to do once I got the disk. Once I got the disk I was successful in solving the issue. While the technician did not physically resolve the issue, I was able to get the PC up and running based on his analysis and recommendations. The only complaint I had about the company was that I had to contact them several times in order to set up an appointment.

Description of Work: They called at the appointment time. The rep logged onto my computer and ran approximately four different malware and virus scans; eventually eliminated over 54 items. He also did some updates and recommended various anti virus software. The computer is virus free and running well. They did a good job.
