Description of Work: If I was a newbie to a computer maybe this was worthwhile. He ran several programs remontly many of wich I had on my computer and had used in the past. He did not find anything. I feel I wasted my money.

Description of Work: I had a laptop that had a boot mgr message and a desktop that had a windows error and needed a memory stick installed. The installer fixed both errors and installed the memory stick. I would highly recommend Cyber Team Solutions. Most times contractors come to your home and run the bill up, not Cyber Team Solutions. They came in and got to work. I have recommended them to friends already. You just don't find honest people anymore.

Description of Work: The guy called later than the arranged time. My computer had some kind of a virus. He spent an hour messing around, I'm not sure he was very familiar with Macs. It didn't work, so they emailed instruction for some virus software that I installed on my own.
