Cyber Team Solutions really did a great job on my older computer. I had all kinds of popups and malware...it took him alot longer then planned he was here 3 hours... patient, explained things to me and did a very good job. Prompt also.

Although he wasn't able to alleviate the issue at hand, he was helpful in other ways, as stated above.

My husband was sick much of 2015 and part of 2016 having had removal of a portion of his lung. He totally lost interest in the computer and it fell to me, the only caregiver, to try to salvage our financial life to handle bill paying, etc. It didn't go well. My expertise doesn't nearly match his. Finally he started to take back his responsibilities and found that a lot of the everyday stuff was incomprehensible. Al came over and handled both of our problems. He is gold as far as we are concerned and we are glad to have the opportunity to testify as to his abilities. He is a pleasure to know and to provide support to us. It is invaluable.

The root cause of my computer crashes is still unknown. The technician suggested that there might be a hardware error or software bug which is not captured by the system dumps that he reviewed. At least I have the peace of mind that the problems with my computer are not caused by viruses or malware. I will used Cyber Team Solutions in the future if I decide to purchase a new computer.

Service was excellent. He was very professional and and showed patience.

I received a call back from a woman at Cyber Team after 2:00 PM. She said I was obviously not happy with them and she would refund my money. When I replied "Thank you", she hung up on me. I called her back and told her I wanted them to perform the service. She said they wouldn't be available any sooner than 5:30 PM Tuesday. She was vicious. I was afraid she would report it took hours to repair the virus or mess up something in my laptop. I can't believe I go to Angie's List and come out of the experience afraid.

I have used Al multiple times and he and Urika are simply fabulous. They are responsive, patient, thorough and very cost effective. Verizon has provided very poor FIOS connection though a DSL to our condo. Al has been on the phone with Verizon and helped sort out the verizon issues. In todays case he coaxed our internet connection back to life and coached me how to deal with Verizon and finally get a tech here from Verizon to deal with the slow speeds. Today after he spent 90 minutes trouble shooting our systems he called back tonight at 8pm and helped me resolve another issue Verizon had caused. He talked me through very complex DOS codes and rewiring our router after Verizon had me all confused. Al is a Saint and we are so grateful he has helped us out of internet and PC jams 4 times now over a couple years...the best!!!!

They were great!! I had purchased a new computer from Dell and after a week it wasn't working correctly. I called Dell support and they insisted it was a software issue with WIndows 10. They would only offer support after I paid them a ridiculous amount of money. Instead I went to Angie's List and enlisted the help of Cyber Team Solutions. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful! He spent a lot of time with me and in the end determined it was a hardware issue with Dell. He also gave me great recommendations for purchasing a new computer. I sent the one I purchased back to Dell and chose a different brand which I'm very happy with. I highly recommend Cyber Team Solutions!

I wasn't too thrilled with that. I had to pay to get it out on. The time consuming was downloading things, so I don't feel like that was fair because there was no need to have him sit around downloading when I could have done that. They responded right away. He was pretty punctual.

They came out probably a month after I purchased the deal. There were no additional charges. It has not been working. It never really worked so. They couldn't get it to work. He worked on it for an hour.

It was fine. He had to do a lot more than anticipated. So, it cost a little bit more. It was $125 extra. It was very misleading that they could do it for $59 and take care of your problems. Once they get you to pay $59, it always takes longer than that. There was a lot of downtime when nothing was going on. Once you get started, they go, "Oh, this is going to take more than just an hour," and we've already started.

By phone cleaned and sped up my computer!

Not as well as I would have liked. Took a very long time but was successful.
