Description of Work: Had a remote tune up done. Was on the phone for 3 hours but got the computer working great. Wasn't charged their hourly rate or would have been way too expensive. Very fair. I will be calling them with some new unrelated computer problems!

Description of Work: They took some steps to fix computer and gave me instructions to do the rest. After completing those steps my computer still didn't work and they didn't return my calls. I took the computer elsewhere to get it fixed.

Description of Work: I consider myself above average when it comes to figuring out computer ""issues"". However, my wife's computer had some sort of malware/adware problem that I could not solve. Mind you, I have ESET NOD32 ANTIVIRUS installed. So, I chose CTS based on feedback and price. Al was thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable about computer security. He solved my adware problem in about 90 minutes and my wife's computer has been working fine ever since. I highly recommend CTS (Cyber Team Solutions).

Description of Work: The technician arrived promptly and spent about an hour getting my PC laptop up and running after it had frozen following hte installation of the May MS monthly updates. He cleaned up the mess that was left behind on my computer and showed me how to avoid the problem in the future. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. i would definitely call them again for a computer problem. |It was quite convenient to have him come to the house instead of hauling it in to a shop.
