see above. I am not a techy person. He taught me to clean up all of the emails that pile up etc. but that was not the real problem.

Cyber Solutions called me at the appointment time. They helped my computer to run faster. They were patient with my lack of knowledge about computers. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable, friendly, and gave advice to help me in the future to prevent problems.

It went well, except for the common problem that others have he was unable to resolve. It's really a Microsoft issue, I think(?). Right now it's not a big issue for me. It was a longer evening for us than counted on. He was great about that. A+ for effort.

He did all the work over the phone with my husband at the keyboard at home. My husband said it went very well. It took about an hour.

Over all well. I did have to call back because some issues were not taken care of? Possibly errors the previous tech's didn't discover the severity of damage actually caused. A company from India I thought I could trust did Major damage to my computer. A senior tech fixed the problem once realized how serious the issues were.

Prior to service, left message for a consultation date on their email. Received a phone message asking for us to schedule time. Took a while, but connected and set up a time. No problem with time. The consultant spent over an hour, around two hours, with us -- we paid for the extra time at regular prices. The next day, computer worked, but each day seemed to get slower. Left a message for them to call to set up another consultation -- but did get a call back. Consultant gave us temporary malware protection, but it seemed to make the system much, much slower. The test period is over and the system seems to be a bit better now. Summary: Consultant did what he could with his programs; we were unsatisfied with the follow up.

They called and said that it had to be over the phone, or else they would charge me a $50 service fee. By the time it was all done, my computer crashed and couldn't be revived. I went to them first about the issue, and they said they had nothing to do with it. They did, however, offer to fix it for $70/hr. When they performed the service initially, it wasn't broken, but just a bit slow. I've since taken it into a computer repair shop three times, and I've spent a total of $133.76 getting it ACTUALLY fixed. At this point, I've spent nearly $200 on speeding up a slow computer. I would have been better off never communicating with this company.

It was fine once we got him here. The communication was poor up to that point. He kept sending me emails through angies list, even though I asked him to call or text. The scheduling link he sent did not work and he said he was having problems with his answering service. To make up for the inconvenience he did come out in the evening. So far the work is holding up just fine.

he helped me download a disk at a friend's house so I could take it home and he prompted me on how to load the disk at my house and he then fixed the problem and got my computer going.. I don't remember the exact dates but it was August or September

The dude came out to look at my ancient cpu. He worked his magic then left. it runs better than it did before he came. I would hire him again.

I haven't refreshed my system yet, but I feel I have the information from Al to be able to do this myself.

Not only was Al prompt, he finished within the planned hour of on-site service. I have used five computer repair services over the past ten years, but this is the only one I would definitely use again

I am unable to use this Big Deal because they could only schedule me on Saturday's because of the distance.

I contacted the company to inquire about computer repair. I never was contacted in return.

Things went well. I bought a new computer because XP is no longer a supported operating system. Additionally, a friend took 24 hours to setup her new system! (There was no way that I could endure that.) Al, the technican, appeared right on time and it only took two hours to perform the work. I already had confidence in this provider (who I previously discovered by an Angie's Big Deal). I'd employ Cyber Team Solutions again in a heartbeat.

He got the computer working great. He also took the time to give me a tutorial. He was great and I will use them again when needed.

Phone tag for 2 weeks repair lasted about 3 days

Everything turned out well. They were user friendly, very prompt and thorough, and charged a reasonable price.

The service was excellent. The service call was scheduled via messages through Angie?s List website. Mr Estevez showed up on time and did everything I asked him to do - to include severing two computers and troubleshooting my in-home network issues. The pre-paid service call was scheduled for an hour. Mr Estevez gave me an extra 15 minutes or so to complete a task at no charge. Very professional.

It went well and was a very good experience. Scheduling was a bit difficult because he had some issues with his messaging system that he didn’t know about. However, once he found out, he was very responsive. The technician was outstanding and went above and beyond what the service entailed. He did some diagnostics and there were many complex issues that he fixed. It took him a few hours.

Mr. Estevez freely gave me tips on how to keep my systems free from viruses. He was very professional and competent. Everything is working very well now. I would highly recommend the services of Cyber Team Solutions.
