Description of Work: Al Estevez of CYBER TEAM SOLUTIONS was outstanding. I appreciate the fact that he contacted me before-hand by phone and kept to his appointed schedule. Description of Work: it was hard to reach them, but He did call back. But only once. I called several times. However once I got him at home, I was able to work with him on my problem. We could not resolve problem due to XP not being supported anymore. But I feel that he was very helpful and did what he could to give me the best advice on what to do. I was able to get in the back door of the system and get my documents. They are based out of Maryland. But I feel that He was really trying to help as best as he could. It was worth the fee.
