What I like about the company is that they showed up on time and stayed until the work was completed. The work they performed looks great and I would recommend this company to anyone who is seeking a company that listens to their customers and their needs.

Best Buy Waterproofing just completed my roof, waterproofing our basement, and remodeled the basement. First class organization from the owner, sales rep, to the crew! They made sure every process of the job went smoothly and cleaned up after each phase. They took care of my house like it was theirs and we really appreciated that. We know that construction can be a messy job, however they brought drop clothes, covered everything in plastic, and when doing the roof they had a dumpster that was brought on site! I canâ t say enough about this company as itâ s hard to get a company now a days just to show up and Best Buy was on time everyday and they provided a survey at the end of the job to make sure we were completely satisfied! I will refer your company to anyone who is looking for a roof and Waterproofing their basement!

just be aware that this type of job involves some demolition/removal of drywall studs, cabinets, flooring, etc. and the waterproofing company does not reinstall what they remove (similar to plumbers), so you'll need a second contractor to restore everything, or do it yourself.

Because of the great service from Best Buy I feel compelled to update my review below. My situation was complicated. A spring runs continuously under our slab, there was water in several places within our finished basement, and there was a leak under a supporting I beam. Best Buy, unlike other companies, warrants the entire floor, not merely the area around their work. This warranty is invaluable as my experience demonstrated. Andrew, the owner, and his crew came out at least 5 times, sometimes on short notice, once on Sunday, to figure out how to solve all of the complicated issues. They had to build a perimeter drain, a lateral drain, and a speed drain and they had to epoxy around the supporting beam. On one occasion I called because there was a damp spot in one place, but Andrew pointed out several others that I'd missed. Of course, it wasn't in his interest to do so as it required more work. I highly recommend Best Buy!

Highly recommend. Excellent customer service and work ethics. Very professional and knowledgeable. Installed drainage system in my mother s house. Worked quickly and clean up was good. Good warranty, too.

*(On 2/22/19)The lack of accurate communication among the working crew caused errors/mistakes in work that depreciated its value and required management intervention to correct See below). The management response to need to be corrected the errors in a timely manner. It is too soon to determine if the corrected work is worth the value for the money. This will takes weeks to months. Will follow up. *As of today, 2/25/19, the above noted correction needed is made, and this alows for upgrading the service rendered.alb

These are truly hard working guys!! Six men came to the house and they finished the job in 2 days. It looks great. I just had it done this week so time will tell but if I have any problems I have a lifetime warranty on it.

Best Buy Waterproofing had excellent customer service from the initial call, to the inspections, and then the completion of the job. I recently hired them for a water issue in one of my rental properties. They were prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond the initial contract. The owner Andrew came out to the house twice and met with me to see how things were going. The crew was mindful of the tenants in the home and completed the job within the specified time frame. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone in need of Waterproofing services.

Best Buy got the job done. We had two cracks in our foundation leaking water into our basement. The job took two days and a return trip to cleanup insulation. To be fair, it was a tough problem to fix, both cracks were behind drywall and insulation. We highly recommend BestBuy Waterproofing!

The team dispatched to my home was on time very courteous. Other companies offered long wait times but best buy was ready to do the job the same week of the free estimate. The work looks very professional and not a drop of water since the job was complete.

I want to thank Best Buy for the wonderful job that they did with waterproofing our basement. We have had nothing but rain since they fixed it, and not a drop of water has made it into our space. We had some miscommunication about one aspect of the job, but the president of the company and one of their associates took care of it and demonstrated that they will stand by their product and service. I will definitely recommend them to others.

A leak was discovered in my townhome basement during a home inspection for a potential buyer. I was under a serious time crunch to get the leak fixed in order to still make the closing date. James called and came out on a weekend in order to give me an estimate AND he got the job done in less than a week. HIGHLY recommend. James was great. Quick to respond, professional and answered all of our questions.

Excellent! Quality work! So polite! Ed explained in detail with pics of what my basement needed and he came back out to see how the work was going. The contractors were knowledgeable and so patient, polite and respectful. You can tell when a company takes pride in their work when their name “Best Buy” is on the materials used. Andrew and Ed are two of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. Ed came to my house,explained what his crew would be doing,showed me pictures of the job from start to finish.The crew finished in two days including clean up. Highly recommend
