Dan from Best Buy came out and looked at a leak for us. He let us know that he usually works on basements, but he was happy to give me his expert opinion. He was able to identify the source even after 3 other contractors were stumped! I recommend Dan and his team!

Dan came out and assessed our issue and said they could clear up our water issue. True to their word, Best Buy came out and did the job in 2 days and we are thrilled to have our water problems gone. The crew was amazing and they were some of the hardest working gents I have ever encountered. They were very helpful and did excellent work. I strongly recommend Best Buy Waterproofing and will encourage my neighbors who are having similar issue to contact them.

I was impressed with how quickly Best Buy Waterproofing completed the project and stayed within their original estimate after having to do extra work (at no charge) because of oddities with the footer of my house. The company stayed true to the word of the initial consultant and did whatever it took to make sure I am satisfied with the project, even when I wasn't the easiest customer. At all levels, they stand behind the work that they do.

Initially, the post-work follow-up was lacking. The owner of the business contacted me personally to discuss my concerns (minor issues). I was impressed that he took the time to contact me himself. His actions indicated to me that he is truly focused on customer service while providing quality and cost-effective services. I appreciate his actions and would utilize this company again.

Best Buy Waterproofing did a great job servicing our basement. The workman wore masks and were very aware of COVID-19. I would recommend them to anyone! The quality of their work was exceptional.

There was some confusion at the beginning of the project that caused me to send their workers home. The owner, Andrew, showed up to my house within 15 minutes. Andrew was a complete professional that made all of my concerns disappear. Not only did he reassure me of the work that was going to be completed, but he included additional work that was not in the original estimate, and completed that work at NO additional cost and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and confusion. Talk about customer satisfaction! The workers did a great job and were very communicative and responsive. They checked in with me everyday during the project and made sure to lock up the house afterwards. As a first-time homebuyer, you want to work with people that have your best interest in mind and are not trying to take advantage of you, especially with them knowing you may not be very knowledgable about the process. Not once, did I get the feeling that I was getting pressured or taken advantage of. Andrew is about as down to earth as they come. My expectations were exceeded, and for the price that I paid for this project, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you to Andrew, Ed, Kevin and his workers for a job well done!

While performing waterproofing my basement, my water heater had to be moved to perform the job correctly. As they moved it they noticed a leak. Andrew the owner offered to go half on a new water heater with me. Great guy and he makes sure the job gets done right!

I would like to thank Andrew and Best Buy for the awesome job they did! He came out himself and did the evaluation and provided a correct solution for our needs at a great price! The crew came out the next day and did the work in one day! They came early and stayed until late! He wore gloves because of the current crises and his crew did also! Best Buy waterproofed my basement and replaced my roof. They did a wonderful job! Insurance doesn't cover it so they made very affordable with their finance options they presented. I am so pleased! I will refer them to anyone that needs service. Thank you Best Buy!

Best Buy did a great job replacing my roof and waterproofing my basement! They came the next day, covered all of my furniture, brought tarps for the floors and when they were done, it was professionally cleaned up like I didn't have any work done! They brought a dumpster for debris when doing my roof and I have never had a company pay so much attention to detail! I would recommend them to anyone.

Got two other quotes. The other quotes were way over the top for the situation we had. The Best Buy rep seemed to understand the overall situation and gave us a solution that may not have been the absolute be all to end all, it was the kind of affordable approach we were looking for. Given it was installed in a building that had existed for 60 years with nothing in place, my bet is that what was done will resolve 90% of what we were experiencing. It was just a crawl space. We did not need for it to be perfectly dry. For a half the price of the competition, we like the result we got. They were also quick. Scheduled almost right away and took care of the problem under two commercial buildings (about 14,000 sf) in 3 days.

The estimate and project completion were done in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. I couldn t be happier to finally have a truly dry basement! Hats off to Mr. Altman and the Best Buy team for their expert knowledge and work ethic. Thanks again for meeting and exceeding my expectations.
