They promptly returned my call with excellent friendly customer service to set an appointment. Rob came out to hear my concerns. He informed me he would give me the best solution for my problem which he did and explained the solution out to me. He assured me he was not going to overcharge me and he gave me a very reasonable price, lower than I expected. He very was helpful friendly and professional. I highly recommend a call to this company first for waterproofing problems..

We had inexplicable dampness in our basement and Dan systematically reviewed the evidence to reach a really modest suggestion. His candor and honesty doubtlessly saved us thousands.

The Best Buy team was nothing short of amazing, responsive, professional, quality-driven, and had a â can do attitudeâ !! I called the owner Andrew Altman at close to 10pm on a Thursday night, he put my worries to rest, called me the next day (before noon!), had a team assigned to remediate the problem immediately, AND came the next morning at 9am sharp to begin the work! To my additional surprise AGAIN, the difficult job was completed in one day and to perfection and at a reasonable and affordable price! Wow! To think I wasted my time calling other companies who DID NOT even respond to my voice mails! Make sure you call Best Buy first!!!! Mark my word you wonâ t regret it!!! Best Buy's Regional Manager(Dan Mayo) came out in a timely manner to give us a quote to not only waterproof our basement but he also inspected our crawl space that unbeknownst to us had leakage also and had built up mould. His quote was most reasonable in comparison to other companies and he adjusted his work schedule to accommodate our travel schedule. We were leaving in two days and he had his crew come the day before we left and they completed the work that day. The crew itself was impressive in their work ethic as they labored almost non-stop from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. What a relief it was for us to have this work completed before we left for two weeks.. Dan's follow up was extraordinary as he showed a willingness to fix anything that may have been overlooked.

Amazing craftsmanship by Best Buy tradesman in constructing my stamped concrete patio. The color of the concrete matched the sample perfectly. The stamping process went flawlessly. Our project manager, Jay, was top notch in ensuring the job was done right and making sure we were completely satisfied. The completed project exceeded our expectations. The work was completed with the highest quality of professionalism. It was a very challenging job , but nothing was compromised and all details were completed as promised. I was most impressed with the fact that the President of this company was available to offer a resolution to any relevant concern.

From the salesperson, Eric Lizama, to the men who did the waterproofing, including Charlie and Jose, and office staff, everyone was friendly, respectful, helpful, punctual, and professional. Everyone has gone out of their way to help me understand the process, including answering the same questions more than once, and what will be needed post waterproofing, I was escorted down to look at the final product/walkthrough and shown what had been done and what little things still needed to be done, i.e., reconnecting the dryer and needing an adaptor for one of the sump pumps. People cleaned up inside and outside and took pride in their work, even after long hours of drilling, hauling gravel and cement. Mr. Lizama kept in touch a few times each day to ask if there were any concerns, how the work was progressing, etc. Extra fogging of mold was helpful and the supervisor alerted me to leaky pipes along the whole length of the basement that I was not aware of. This is an issue that will need to be addressed to keep out mold. Wow, was that helpful? All of these things were extremely important to us as people with a lot of other demands on our time, energy, and finances. We felt comfortable and confident in their expertise and sincerely thank everyone.

The technician explained exactly what the problem was and why my approach needed to be different. The world needs more people who act professionally and with honesty. Highly recommended!

Mother nature timed this very well as the issue occurred right before New Years Day. I met with them (and 2 other companies) on a Friday, signed the contract on Monday and the work was completely on Wednesday (1 day). The job site was protected and cleaned up very well. The new sump pump well is really impressive. I don't have to worry about anything falling/rolling into it. They moved the sump pump discharge pipe just to make it look nicer. Now it runs against the wall and gives me about 4" of usable space. Sounds odd, but that could be very handy.

Mr.jay morsberger,and the workers were very professional. The workers did a fabulous job and they cleaned up after the job,was done.

These guys are good. I was really impressed with how quickly they completed the job. I also appreciate how they explained why my basement had water in it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their basement water proofed

He thoroughly discussed the entire roofing process and contract to me. A little over a week I was scheduled for my roofing job. The Best Buy Waterproofing Crew arrived at 5:30 a.m. waiting for day light to start the job. They were very professional started at 7:00 a.m. and finished around 10:30 a.m. this included cleaning up. I hired a civil engineer, who concurred with the sump pump and drain plan and said the price was absolutely unbeatable. After the project, the customer service for follow-up was immediate and effective. This company is solid, from the team on the ground to the sales representative to uppoer management!

The crew showed up on time. The team lead explain their process to me and then got right to work. Each team member had their specific task. They completed the job in one day as promised. They cleaned very good. I am very pleased with the outcome.

From the beginning to the end, their professionalism was superb. The regional manager conducted an inspection of my basement prior to providing any recommendations of work to be completed and I must say that was impressed by his knowledge and expertise. Along with his recommendation, he showed me pictures of the work to be completed and further explained in detail the length of time for the process. The workers came days later, and finished the job in a timely manner. They were nice, accommodating, and showed professionalism throughout their time in my home. I would highly recommend Best Buy!
