Description of Work: Applied crab grass preventer when the ground was too saturated to support their machine. Should have rescheduled because they promptly got stuck in the mud. Very responsive to my complaint and the damage was promptly repaired.

Description of Work: They left an advert hanging on my door know last week advertising s special offer to apply weed prevention on my lawn. I contacted them on the March 13th and they came out on the 16th as agreed. I signed a contract to do 7 lawn visits during the coming season. If I like AgroLawn's work I will sign up next year.

Description of Work: I signed up for several lawn treatments (6 I believe) starting in spring, into summer, ending in the fall. Treatments focused on grubs, weeds, grass nourishment/fertilizing, aerating, and over-seeding. Exceptionally pleased with results, professionalism of staff, and entire experience; plan to invite them back in 2015.

Description of Work: Measured yard size by aerial software. Estimate given promptly. Signed up for annual plan. First treatment did take care of most weeds.

Description of Work: I was a little concerned at first, because they didn't come out to check the lawn, but looked at it on google maps. Since it was late in the season they came out and applied both the first and second applications at the same time. Now that it has been about three weeks, there is a noticeable improvement in color and the weeds are definitely dying back. We will continue with their service and see how it is after a full year of application. We went with the 6 times a year with Lime. They discounted the first visit and honored an Angie's List coupon for a free soil test. So far we are pleased!

Description of Work: I requested a lawn analysis and quote. They were very pleasant over the phone when setting up the estimate. A few days later I was suprised to get a qoute in the mail from them. No one actually met with me and it seems they rely on arial/satellite maps to look at properties and lawn size. The only problem is what they sent me wasn't even for my property. Not even the same street. | |I called and informed them of the error and they were very apologetic. They then emailed me one for my property, and the estimate was higher. | |I have to call into question their practice of using satellite imaging and not meeting in person. Are they even physically looking at lawns or just sizing them up from the images. Also, sending me someone else's estimate didn't make a good impression or instill confidence. | |I ended up going with another company, but I would be willing to give these guys another chance next year. I'd want an in person meeting though....someone actually coming out to look at my lawn.
