I would never use this company again. No phone calls before treatments throws items in your yard off to the side. Tore up my yard several times around it. Had aeration already done one week prior. They did it again without talking to me first. Just terrible customer service

Bad business policies. I have a big lawn that have areas with steep slopes. The slope calls for manual treatments. I paid for the whole year package. After one of the treatments, I noticed that their techs did not treat the slopes. One of my family members who was also home at that time confirmed that the techs never worked on those areas. Upon complaining, they were not ready to listen and kept arguing with me that it was treated. Dont care for their customers at all.

They take care of the health of the lawn. They do that once a month during the growing season. They do a great job.

An employee was sent out and he quickly showed me what the problem was and how to fix it. Excellent serviceI

The discount for paying upfront is worth it.

They pull up in front, sprinkler the seed, and leave. We paid for an entire year of service upfront and I think it was like $750. They did answer my phone calls.

Performed Aeration and Seeding on 8/31/2015. This was during the period of drought and high temps in the area(21043). Aeration machine tore up areas of good well established sod, and had minimal impact in other ares that were too hard for the machine to function properly. Some areas of my property that receive more shade made out better. I was told by Agrolawn (Pat) that a tech would be back to the property that afternoon when I brought this problem to his attention. I was having a meeting at my house later that day for about 14 people, so I never left the house. No one came by that day or for the week following. I spent 9/1/15 in my yard doing the repairs and watering my property for the following days to salvage the upside down turf caused by the aeration machine. All I wanted was support and follow-up on 8/31-9/1. Instead Pat just wanted to disagree with a customer for years, and insist the job was taken care of. Digital pictures taken on 9/1, the day after Pat claimed his tech fixed my front yard, show a different result. After spending 5 weeks plus sending messages and pictures, I have yet to meet any employee from AGROLAWN at my house! I can attach picures to show examples of the damage caused by the $310.00 aeration performed by this company. It is about $120 each time. They are largely good but there are occasional times when I am not satisfied with coverage for the aeration and I've had to have them back. It is not every time but it is not perfect. The price is about average. I am still using them.

Every time they come out to do something you can get coupons, they send coupons out with it. You can go online and get five dollars off and at the end of the year they will do the over seeding and everything--they give you another coupon for that. We've been seeing some improvements but some spots are still there. We've tried them and they seem like they're pretty reliable. You call them and they'll come out and look at it. The other one's we've tried they just say they're gonna do that and then they give a whole list of stuff and I guess the one we've picked is the cheaper one but they pretty stand by behind it and everything.

They were very good. They left notes indicating what work that they provided. They were also very accurate and they were also very professional. He tried to help me the best that he could.

They're pretty prompt and they're relatively inexpensive. I think my lawn looks great.

We signed for their season long maintenance plan and are very happy and satisfied with the work they do on our lawn.

We signed up for a basic fertilization package including grub control and then aeration overseeding in the fall. AgroLawn were responsive to my initial inquiry and got someone out to do the first treatment within a couple of days. We just had our second visit and the lawn is already looking greener and more healthy. Their prices seemed very competitve with other similar companies. Would recommend AgroLawn to others.

Asked for and promptly received an estimate. AgroLawn was by far the most cost-effective company I received an estimate from. I will update my review once services have begun but so far I am satisfied.

I had used AgroLawn for 5 years or so. They we good at the weed control and fertilization but fell short when it came to seeding and taking care of bare spots. They did not respond to requests for help with problem area very well. The thickness of the lawn from overseeding did not meet my expectations. After 5 years I would have thought the lawn would be much proved and it wasn't.

AgroLawn was one of the less expensive local lawn fertilization services that had great reviews on Angie's List. Decided to give them a try and we were VERY pleased with the results. I have gotten so many compliments on how great our lawn looks. AgroLawn is a local business and I will continue to use them and to tell everyone how great they are.

They are very professional and very good on the phone. They do tell you what you have done and what they are using. I'm impressed by the service, but it was an expense for us this year.

Occurring problems with brown patches that have not been fixed in years. Other than that try are dependable and a good company.

We have used Agro-lawn for almost five years now. They have treated the lawn at the proper time too keep it healthy and weed free. I have used other lawn care companies in the past, but they cannot compare with Agro-lawn. This company is never too busy to take your concerns and follow through to find a solution. They have aerated and seeded in the past after severe droughts and the grass came in beautifully. If you need some help in keeping your lawn in tip top shape, you will not be disappointed with Agro-lawn.

They came right out and aerated the yard, which I don't think had ever been done. Can't wait to see how the yard responds.
