They arrived on time and did a neat job. But, they accidental cut electric wires to my neighbors house. When the power was restored, 5 appliances did not work. They sent out an electrician to verify. They reimbursed my neighbor completely and rapidly for the damage. However, since she was 86 years old, I had to spent time helping her replace things. They knocked out a 7' magnolia tree nearby and paid me $250 to replace it. Also, they didn't cut the tree low enough and had to return to finish the work. They moved a deer fence (5' welded wire) but repositioned it poorly. On the return visit, they knocked over another neighbor's farden light and tried to hide the damage. He caught them and called the supervisor who arranged for a replacement. They were always polite and responsive on the phone and corrected every defect. They never gave excuses and were sympathetic and understanding. They and I know that accidents happen and if corrected, do not detract from the overall performance.

Good work overall. The pruning and vine clearing were done well, and the yard was thoroughly cleaned up. (The crew even removed some branches that I had piled up.) My only complaint is that when I called to schedule the work I was told it would be done in 2-3 weeks. Actually, it took more like 4 weeks before the crew showed up. But that's a minor issue; overall, I was very happy.

They are very professional. I had another company come out to give an estimate, and they said I needed more work than Keil said I needed. Keil was also recommended by a friend in the landscaping business. I found them to be highly rated on Angie's List, so I decided to use them.

Both times they did an excellent job, very little damage to under story plantings and left the place as clean as they found it.

Keil was very prompt and professional in providing an estimate. Their price was a little higher than some others but their professionalism swayed us to pay a little more. They committed to completing the work in 2-3 weeks but they did not come for 6 weeks. They blamed it on the weather. When they did cut down the tree, they did a great job! The tree was down and gone in a few hours. The crew cleaned up everything and it looked great. About a week later, the stump removal crew came out. If they had not had to move some lawn furniture, I never would have known they were there. The stump was removed, the mess cleaned up and the area raked clean. I was also able to use a coupon and save about $40.

Keil has very reasonable prices and they show up promptly and are very personable and clean cut. They always give the price ahead of time so there are no surprises and the men are friendly and polite.

They arrived when they said they would and completed the work in one day. The price was very good compared to other estimates we received.

Another excellent job! Mike Ryan promptly came out for an estimate and scheduled the work at my convenience. The three-man crew (Earl, Randy and Juan) arrived right on time. They overcame a difficult drive to get their truck and chipper to the top of the hill over a driveway made very slippery by a heavy rain, wet leaves and tight turns and finished in about 5-6 hours. I had only wanted my property to look neater but it looks as if landscapers had been at work! They carefully avoided the small "good" trees like dogwoods and were knowledgeable in identifying other trees. My house is now visible from the road and my property looks like a park! This crew exceeded my expectations and I will certainly use Keil again. I got more than my moneys worth.

They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. The tree was on my roof so it was important to be removed delicately. I plan on using them again and would recommend them to anyone!

I called after the quote and asked them to grind an additional stump. They actually ground two additional stumps at no additional charge. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

It was a challenging job as the property is a townhouse on a one way street. Keil Tree was extremely professional and handled the process from start to finish. A couple of small bush stumps were missed, but expected to be removed in warm weather.

WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY KEIL. IT TOOK A WHILE FOR THEM TO SCHEDULE THE WORK BECAUSE THEY WERE BUSY BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CLEAN UPPED AFTER THEMSELVES.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THE CREW OF THREE WAS VERY WELL TRAINED AND EQUIPPED. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER.
