The tree stump removal went great. The two gentlemen were diligent. The job was done well. I would hire Keil Tree Experts again. From my other quotes I thought it could have been cheaper, but from my research and other quotes, I had the most confidence that this company would get the job done, which they did.

It was a great service, price was reasonable and I'm happy with it.

They did a wonderful job and cleaned everything up. They are coming tomorrow to remove the stump. They were very professional and couldn't be any better. I would highly recommend them and I will hire them again.

Initially they seemed to want to help but after coming out twice and cutting the wrong tree, I called (twice responding each time they came out) and asked to plan a time to meet them to clarify which tree. They refused to schedule and returned my money without completing the job. Although they previously did good work around my home, I was disappointed in their refusal to complete the job and found this very unprofessional.

Mr. Keil was extremely honest. He inspected the trees and stated that there really was no need to do any trimming. Suggested revisiting the project at a later date. I was surprised BUT pleased that I was given an HONEST opinion! Very grateful!!

Excellent, estimate was very professional and on time, work was done exactly according to estimate (no extra charges), workers were friendly and professional, they didn't leave any mess behind, they even trimmed up the living half of the twin tree. Over all, I had one fairly large and heavy oak that was almost dead and previously struck by lightening removed and another very large Tulip Poplar that had twin trunks had one of its twins removed. Others said they would have to cut down the whole thing and gave very high pricing for it, Keil tree sent out an arborist who said the living half has a good chance of survival and he'd work with me to try and save it which is what they did. They trimmed the living half of the tulip poplar to clean it up and cut off the dead twin a few months ago and so far the tree is doing well with live branches and new shoots. They also trimmed a huge Ivy branch that was running up an adjacent tree (no extra charge). I opted to leave the stumps since they said it cost the same to have them drilled down either at time of service or at a later time and they aren't bothering me.

Well, though equipment trouble delayed completion

We needed to have two cedar trees taken down. Had scheduled Keil to do the job several years ago. But, because of storms that had occurred in the area, they canceled our appointment. We have had them come out to do two other jobs, and they were great. However, today, they were a no show again. This time, not even a phone call. They were scheduled to come at 8:30-9:30 this morning. I took a vacation day. Called about noon and was told we were the second job on the list. Called again at 3 and were told they were having a problem with their chipper. When they knew they were having issues, they really should have CALLED US much earlier, instead of causing a whole wasted day, waiting around for them. Wasted day, a wasted vacation day that was worth over $500. Will never call these people again.

All went well. Hedge and trees were removed one week, and stumps were ground about one week later.

Wonderfully. The crew was careful, professional, thorough, and skilled. It was a very difficult location, but things went extremely well. I plan to have them do more work in the future.

The trees were removed with minimal damage to the lawn.

They did a good job. They did a good job cleaning up and they did what they said they would do. Just one worker took about 4 hours.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. No matter what the size of the job the customer is always treated with respect. Keil has done major work for me in the past (hurricane damage) responding quickly. Even though this job was smaller I received the same quick response. Thanks Steve for the advice on future plantings as well. Great work and customer service!!!

Great It was gone before we knew it

Great and very reliable. Steve is very friendly. All the work they do is scheduled, they always show up on time, and do what they say they're going to do.

I would use them again in future. This was the first time I used them.

This was the most professional group we have used over the years. Every precaution was taken during climbing, securing major branches, and awareness of property below. There was such artistry in selective pruning and maintaining a healthy crown to our trees.

The did the tree service, and came back the next day to clean up, and after there was an issue, they came quickly to fix the situation.

From start to finish these guys were a pleasure. Mr Steve came out promptly to provide an estimate. They gave us a VERY fair price for the job! The cleanup was flawless. Thank you Mr. Steve and Jeremy! We will definitely be calling on them in the future!

I have been using Keil for years - mostly to trim trees. Their prices are reasonable and they are always prompt, courteous, and professional. They do an excellent job of cleanup and my yard always looks better when they leave than it did when they arrived.

I was very happy with the whole process. The arborist that provided the estimate was very knowlegeable and was able to give many recommendations on how best to trim back the trees to prevent damage to my house. The crew (3 men) was very friendly and walked through the estimate and viewed each tree prior to starting work. They spent half a day on the work and when complete asked me to come out and review all the trees. I asked them to make a few additional cuts and they did while making suggestions on the best way to accomplish the look I wanted without compromising the tree. We also discoved another tree that was scaping the house & they trimmed that back too. All the debris was cleaned up and no mess was left in my yard. I gave a B rating on punctuality because the office indicated the crew would arrive around 8:30. No one had arrived by 9:15 so I called the office & was informed they had another emergency job and some of the crew was at that location, but that one crew member would arrive shortly. He did and the rest of the crew did showed up within an hour.

I would be very careful dealing with them. If they are clipping and pruning trees you are probably okay. If you need stumps removed which is a much bigger task, I would certainly go elsewhere. Around this same tine we had trees removed at our beach property. Stumps and all. The contract spelled out the work. The owner came out to check up on his workers, spoke with us. And even graded our driveway when they were finished. He was paid in full in just 3-weeks. Keil Tree was a horrible experience for us. We would hate to see any others experience what we did. The job was not done! We know that there are professional companies out there for tree removal and sadly Keil Tree was not one of them. The amount of court cases they are involved in is pretty telling. Beware.
