Keil was very professional and we have used them often before. For this job we had a slightly lower estimate from another company and so we did not use Keil, but we have always liked the work they do and will definitely call them for future needs.

Came out timely. Gave fair estimate. Able to perform work within reasonable timeframe. Cleaned up all debris and left larger limbs as we requested for firewood.

I had a large tree branch that had broken, but was hanging on by some threads, and also had a wild holly tree that was growing up into a dogwood tree. They removed the branch, and trimmed the surrounding hanging limbs so it blended in well, and removed the holly tree. They also instructed me on how to trim the dogwood and trees in general. I'm used them in the past and will use them again. Excellent service!

They've done a great job. They come out on time and they are very nice. The price is reasonable compared to anybody else.

Chris arrived promptly to give me an estimate of the work and cost. He offered to let me pay in 3 installments interest free. I called the office and scheduled the job in 3 1/2 weeks. The men arrived promptly on the first day. They were courteous and did what was requested. They clean up beautifully. The second day the office called and informed me that the crew would be coming later in the day which was OK with me. However, they arrived about 1 1/2 hours after the stated time but they stayed until the job was finished. Again a great job! (I'd like to add that the company is in Cockeysville, MD on Veneer Lane.)

Arrived as promised. Completed work in a few hours and cleaned up well. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work.

Keil Tree Experts Inc. were very good. He came out and looked everything over. He was very detailed. When they came out to do the work, he was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He even found some other things that needed work. They took care of things. They cleaned up after themselves and did a good job.

I have used Keil Tree on several occasions and have always received excellent service. This latest trip was no exception. Both crews were very professional and did a great job including the clean-up. The stump grinders even took the time to repair several small s ink holes in my yard which had nothing to do with the tree removal. That kind of extra effort to do a good job really impressed me. Won't hesitate to call on them again in the future.

Terrific work. Very knowledable aborists, good advice, prompt and professional service. A little higher priced than companies that consist of 2 guys and a chain saw, but great service.

They come out and spray my Dogwood tree. They are very professional and concerned about my trees. I once pruned my tree wrong and they let me know. They make it look easy when they cut down trees even though it is not. They will work to try and save a diseased limb instead of just cutting it off.

Everyone from our initial contact until completion of the project was wonderful. The office staff returned calls promptly and provided a reasonable estimate. They expedited the service, despite being extremely busy, understanding we could not get our power restored until the tree was removed. The crews that did the work were very through, cleaning the area and removing all debris.

What I like about them is that they will do work that other tree services won't do. They will climb up into the trees to do the trimming. It is dangerous work and a lot of them won't touch that kind of work or they will charge huge amounts of money to do it. They do good work and have good prices. They are responsive and always send a guy out to look at the job before they send somebody else. He will give you an estimate and they always have discount coupons too. They are locals and you can talk to them.

They charged me $965 for the job. The work was very good. They were very professional and did a good job. They completely cleaned up the mess when they were done. The trees look very good. I will use them again in the future.

Excellent-really impressed-they will be back to grind stump when snow is gone.

I am a repeat customer of Keil Tree and I'm very satisfied with their professionalism. I am happy to report that the pruning done in November resulted in no tree issues on my property during the snowy winter. They clean up all the trimmings. When they are high in the trees, I feel confident that they are following proper safety procedures, for the workers, and to avoid utility lines, buildings, etc.

Durning the blizzard of 2010 a tree lost branches on our roof and these were endangering power lines to our home. Keil came the day after I called to make an estimate. Seeing the situation was potentially hazardous, they came back that same day with equipment to remove the branches on the roof. As the snow was several feet deep at the time they couldn't finish the clean up so they came back the following week to finish the job. The work was prompt, professional, and fairly priced. Everything was cleaned up immaculately. We have had them do work previously and always found their work to be top-notch and the employees are very nice.

I met the crew on the morning of the trimming to go over the fact that I didn't want the trees severely cut back as I have many birds over wintering in them and also nesting in the spring. When I came home from work that evening I was pleased with the work that had been done and also with the clean-up. The only problem I had was that I noticed immediately that one of my shrubs, a very slow growing and fairly expensive shrub called a Harry Lauder's Walking Stick, didn't look quite right. Upon closer inspection I discovered that a major front center branch had been twisted off. I was quite upset that the shrub had been damaged, but more upset that the branch had clearly been twisted off instead of cut. I called the office and left a message on their answering machine and also took photographs of the damage and sent them to the company by email. I cut the branch. Later, through an internal company miscommunication, Chris came out and cut the branch further back which was something I had not requested and did not want. We spoke and he apologized which I accepted. I've never had an experience quite like this one. I've had these trees trimmed twice before and I recognize that when large trees are trimmed damage can occur and I did have some other minor damage to a couple of shrubs. I do think that the situation with the Harry Lauder's Walking Stick was different and I think Keil should have taken something off the final charge due to both the damage to the shrub and also the way the damaged branch was twisted off instead of being cleanly cut.

I thought they were excellent. They were efficient, told me what they were going to do and did it. They also did a very good clean up.

Called to get estimate and Chris came out a few days later. We did not have to be home when he came to do the estimate. We have use this company many times before and they know from the details over the phone what needs to be done. When we got home the estimate was on the door knob. The estimate is always a fair price so we do not get a second estimate. The company call miss utility and had the lines marked. This was on Friday afternoon. The next Tuesday they did the work. Chris suggested some different plants that would work beter in that location. We did not use them for the planting because they do not have there own nursery and we could not look through the different plants, but I"m sure the plants that they would have pick and planted would have been excellent and the project well done.

Keil came out and walked around the lot to help give us a better idea of pricing which was unlike many of the other similar businesses in town who wanted to do the intial quotes over the phone.

Their price is actually quite reasonable. They do a great job. They had a coupon that they honored without question. I even forgot to give them the coupon while they were here so I called the office and they took it right of the bill.

This company was impressive in every aspect. Chris came to conduct the estimate with a week of our call, and then they were able to schedule the work within two weeks(faster than his original 3-4 week lead time estimate). Their price was very reasonable for the amount of work conducted. We felt that their cost and professionalism both were better than the competitor we talked to. The crew arrived on the first day and completed all tree removal despite drizzling rain conditions. They were very professional and added removal of two additional small trees at a very reasonable price when I requested it. They cleaned up all debris at the end of the first day(cut short due to weather)despite the fact that they were going to return the next morning to finish the tree trimming. The next day, they completed all tree trimming by 12pm, cleaned up, asked me to survey the work, and then departed. They told me that the stump crew usually would arrive within 2-3 days to grind all stumps. However, the very next day, the stump crew arrived and ground all existing stumps, including a few extra that were from prior felled trees at no extra cost. Despite wet fall conditions, no sign of their work remains on our lawn(no torn up grass, etc.)because they did not put any actual equipment on the lawn. I could not be happier with their work. My husband thought that one additional branch should be trimmed, so when I called Keil, they had a crew out the next day to take care of it. We were so happy with their service and professionalism that I called the company and wrote a letter to thank them and make sure the crews were acknowledged. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
