Fantastic. Tony coordinated a very tricky situation with us: the asphalt needed to come out level with access covers to our septic system. And as the parking pad is over the tank, they needed to be right careful with the preparation work, especially the crushed-stone base. I prepared spacers that were the exact size of the access covers so they could pour the asphalt around them, leaving apertures for the covers. The thickness of the asphalt was so close to the specifications I was given that the covers ended up almost perfectly level with the finished surface. Perhaps that's not all that hard for paving professionals, but I was seriously impressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend F&M to my closest friend. An unbelievable job, and they weren't even the highest bid. They weren't the lowest either. To my mind, just right.

The first contact was a little rocky. The person that initially responded to my email told me that F&M did not service my area. My follow-up email questioned them since the county was listed on their website as an area they serviced. Fortunately Lisa responded next and cleared up the miscommunication. I credit her with saving the sale (ty Lisa)! I met with TJ next at the house and explained what I needed. TJ was punctual to our first meeting and very professional in his responses and suggestions. Pricewise, F&M's estimate was in the middle of my 3 estimates, but their professionalism impressed me the most. The crew arrived on Monday morning and started work. Andy was very good with communicating questions and status about the job. They finished all the concrete work on the same day. The next day they came back out and used the dug up dirt to fill in and build up the area surrounding the driveway/sidewalk, followed by seeding and throwing straw over the seed. Overall it went very smoothly.

We needed to get the driveway redone and went in search of someone that used asphalt. We had several companies come out for estimates and advice. Once the estimates were complete, we chose to go with F&M Contractors as they were the most reasonably priced and was the most helpful with advice. When they came out to look at the job Tony was very professional. He took his time to hear what we wanted to do and helped provide suggestions on how the layout would look. At no time did we feel pressured into using their company and Tony's advise was very helpful. The company stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. Prior to the start date Tony came out to draw the layout of the driveway and pad onto the ground so we could see what it would look like. When the date arrived to get the job started the crew that came out was polite, professional and took their time to do the job right. They showed up on time and steadily worked until the job was complete and cleaned up prior to leaving. We were very pleased with the work they did and how our project turned out. We also needed a small amount of concrete work completed. The concrete work was to small to send out a whole crew. Tony understood that we wanted to keep both jobs with the same company and he was able to work it out so his company took care of the concrete and asphalt work. We ran into Tony weeks after the project while shopping and Tony remebered us and took the time to again thank us for the business and to ensure we were happy with the work done. It is hard to find companies with great customer service and work ethic, F&M Contractors is one of them. I would recommend this company to others; actually I already have provided their business cards to neighbors that were interested. I would use them again in the future and will most likely reach out to them when it comes time to seal the driveway.

Folks were out the day after I called and I had an estimate within a week.The price was fair. It took about 6 weeks between signing the contract and getting the work started and I was kept advised as the work was being scheduled. On Monday August 12th Lisa called me to confirm that they would be starting on the 13th as scheduled, and would be there at 7 AM. At 655 the crew started arriving and by 10AM the driveway, porch and sidewalk were ripped up and gone.Since the original driveway had only been 3 inches thick and poured directly on dirt they had to do some digging to keep the same elevation with 5inches of concrete over several inches of compacted gravel. By the end of the day all excavation was finished and forms were in place. On the morning of the 14th large crews again arrived just before 7AM and concrete was being poured by 730. All was completed by 1PM. The following days the area was cleaned up, grass reseeded and mulched. The job is beautiful and has gotten many compliments. The new porch is properly sloped, nicely broom finished. The only negative was some concrete splashed onto some bushes on the side of the house. Some people might not appreciate the early starts. Personally, I hate waiting around for tradesmen to arrive "first thing in the morning" which may be anytime. The early starts were perfect for me. You (and your neighbors) need to be aware that F&M starts at 7AM and this type of work is noisy. Overall a great job that exceeded my expectations.

Overall I am satisfied with the work that was completed. The concrete work that was completed was absolutely beautiful. I was very impressed by the overall look of the sidewalk and stairs. They seeded and strawed the lawn in areas that were torn up during constriction. Once work began they were in and out within 3 days. I would absolutely work with TJ and Lisa from F&M again.

Their estimate was to replace my concrete front porch, install aluminum railing and the sidewalk. I decided to something different--I had an azek deck and portico installed.

The sealing went fine but we were told that the cracks would be sealed and they weren't until we paid extra. They also got tar on a drain that runs the length of our driveway and they couldn't get it up; however, they replaced the drain and I was happy with that fix.

Very well. They were informative, patient with our questions and concerns and punctual. Everything looks great.

I am very satisfied with the work done by F&M Contractors. The extension on the driveway looks great. The men who did the work were knowledgeable and went beyond what was expected to make it look good. If I have any additional concrete work done in the future I will use them again.

F&M did a fantastic job. Despite a couple hiccups (not their fault), they handled it professionally and courteously. Lisa was very punctual on email to work through any issues.

Please, read my entire review to be fair to the contractor. Cost to do the job was in line with other estimates that I received. I chose F&M because they seemd to be the more established and larger company. When Tony came out to estimate the job I made it clear that I was concerned because my driveway is paved right against the basement wall of my house, with two basement windows just inches above the asphalt. I wanted to be sure that the new paving did not come up higher on the wall (which might allow water in the windows), and that there would be sufficient pitch of the pavement away from the house so water would run away from the house. The crew arrived on time as scheduled. The job was completed by lunch-time. It looked great. Their landscaping man came out a day or two later and repaired the lawn along the edges of the driveway. Then it rained and there were puddles near my house. I contacted F&M and sent pictures. They got back to me and said they were trying to determine the best way to make a repair. It took a couple weeks for them to reschedule the repair. THEY COMPLETELY REPAVED MY WHOLE DRIVEWAY. The job is beautiful and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Complete satisfaction! Scott and his team of 5 were efficient and effective with time and materials. Pleasant to work with courteous and professional all American crews. The job was done fantastically, very professional. I couldn't have been more pleased. Definitely recommend to others.

Tony came to my home and gave me an estimate. He was professional, friendly, patient, and informative. He offered several alternatives that would solve the problem. F&M provided me with several nearby addresses in our neighborhood of jobs they had completed. I really believed that F&M would have done a spectacular job and I requested the best possible offer up front, as I knew there were several qualified, competent concrete contractors in the area. Unfortunately for F&M, I received a bid by another firm that was significantly less, and have decided to award them the job. If/when we have any other work, we will certainly request a quote from F&M, and hope that the price point will be more competitive next time.

ONCE MY HUSBAND MADE UP HIS MIND TO HAVE A NEW CARPORT AND DRIVEWAY PUT IN WE MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO DIFFERENT CONTRACTORS AND DECIDED ON F&M CONTRACTORS. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGBLE AND WORKED WITH MY HUSBAND AND FOUND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WHO COULD COME IN AND LIFT THE CARPORT ROOF TO MAKE IT HIGHER - AFTER THAT WAS COMPLETED F&M STARTED RIGHT UP AND GAVE US A DATE WHEN THEY COULD START AND SURE ENOUGH THEY WERE THERE - NO HASSLES DURING THE WHOLE ORDEAL. EVERY THING WENT SMOOTHLY. i THINK WE MIGHT HAVE STARTED TALKING WITH THEM LATE SEPTEMBER AND EVERYTHING WAS DONE BY THANKSGIVING

F&M gave us advance notice, came as promised, did an excellent job, all in one day. Two men came back 2 days later to remove all forms and debris, and to place sod in all necessary areas.

Very well, they were very prompt in responding to my request for an estimate, prompt to arrive on the job, performed a professional job and the estimator emailed me and returned my emails answering my questions very professionaly.

They were professional and treated my property as if it were their own. I thought that their price was fair and the estimator who came out was honest. The guys who came out to do the work were respectful and took care of my property. They gave me instructions on what to do for the next 10 days after they finished lying concrete.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. I was very impressed by Tony who came out to give the price quote , explained the whole process and did not try to pressure me into anything. When the team arrived they all were very professional, friendly and cleaned up any messes they made- a big plus with me. They asked me before they did anything that might be a concern- for example I have sprinkler heads right by the driveway so we talked about those, I have concrete edging along parts of the driveway that they had to work around so we came up with a solution. I really was impressed by the whole company and will contact them again when I need work done.
