Joe and Lisa are the consummate professionals. Estimate done on time, appointment kept. They were upfront bout the schedule and when work would be performed. They did the job while we were away and everything went smoothly. The work is professional and the driveway looks like its new!

F&M was very proactive throughout the process. The bid was done quickly and was very competitive. Scheduling was difficult as we had a very cool spring and F&M kept in touch with me as the weather improved for scheduling. Once scheduled, they showed up as expected and the work was excellent.

F&M was able to fit us in about a month earlier than planned as we were flexible with our dates. They were very professional from the time they came out to do an estimate, to sending us the contract, scheduling the work, and finally completing the work. The driveway not only looks great, but we will no longer have significant water puddles in our driveway. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional start to finish. The estimator took the time to fully explain alternative approaches to the job. This was followed by written details, specifications, and price. Another company that quoted wrote a dollar figure on the back of a business card and never followed up with anything else. The on site crew was friendly and professional. Most important, the driveway looks great. The estimator came during installation to check on things. This is messy work and they carefully and completely cleaned up at the end of the job.

Joe came out and did the estimate. He was extremely friendly and professional, outlining every aspect of the job and made me feel comfortable. I needed a resurfacing of my asphalt driveway and a replacement for 40sq ft of concrete sidewalk. The driveway was competitively priced but because they have a minimum price for a concrete job, they could not compete on the small amount of concrete work I needed done. I went with a contractor that could do both with one crew.

For a younger couple who are still somewhat new to home ownership, we were very much hoping for a helpful and professional company to guide us through a project as expensive as this one. F&M was absolutely great every step of the way, and though we had never bought a new driveway before, we feel like this was money well spent. Not only this, but they kept a helpful and friendly attitude even though I suspect that we sometimes had a lot of doubts and questions about what we were trying to do. To begin with, their estimator arrived at our house on-time (to the minute), and was patient and helpful in listening to our descriptions and questions. After a couple return visits, he impressed us even more with his knowledge and friendly professionalism. Once we decided to go with F&M we went through a very lengthy deliberation about which color to make the driveway. The estimator and office manager helped us discuss things through many phone calls, emails, and eventually an in-person visit to their office. After looking through color samples and selecting a color, the job was scheduled within a couple weeks. The demolition of the existing asphalt driveway took no time at all, and the work crew was extremely thoughtful and careful in excavating the lawn for the shape of the new driveway. After the new driveway was poured we were glad to see that clean-up was thorough and included a crew than came out to roll out new sod and shovel in new fill dirt as needed. Overall, for such a large price tag and such a complicated project, F&M went above our expectations with everything they did. The driveway still looks great after three months and we can tell that it is well-made enough to hold up great in the coming years. I would recommend this contractor to anyone, and I have no doubt that they would show the same kind of helpful and professional attitude even for a smaller job.

Excellent. If you need a concrete driveway installed, I would highly recommend them. They did everything they said they would do and even more. The team worked together like a well trained orchestra. The follow up was excellent, they keep me informed the whole time. This was one of the most respectable groups of men I have ever had work on my house. My driveway is an absolute work of art. It is just beautiful.

F&M has my business forever...a great price and a beautiful job. Joe, took great care to make sure the driveway was prepped properly and that everything adjoining was taped off and kept clean. He was thorough and conscientious and a pleasure to talk to. Communication with Lisa in the main office was quick and professional. Couldn't be happier!

F&M provided a quote promptly (by email) after speaking with Lisa at F&M. I sent them a small deposit after agreeing to the quote and returning the signed contract. My driveway sealing was then scheduled about 2 weeks later but I received a call from F&M a week later asking if they could do the work sooner---which worked out great for me. The sealing and crack-filling process appears to have been done carefully and professionally. F&M applies the sealer with a brush/roller rather then sprayed on like the previous sealing jobs I've had. Although the cost was a little higher then I've paid before, it looks more durable and attractive compared to the spray-on sealer. I'm very satisfied with the work that was done and the convenience in scheduling the job.

Horrible!!! customer service over the phone. Owner might need to hire someone else to answer the phones it just cost your company a 20 drive way contract. I currently have a budget set for $80,000-$100,000. I own 20 rental properties in Aberdeen, MD they are the older house's that had the concrete for drive ways 30-40 years ago so I need to remove the concrete and have black top put in and I was calling around when my friend who is a business owner heard about F&M told me about this company and said give them a call. I called and asked if they do estimates. The lady said "Yes" I said ok great I need a estimate in Aberdeen, MD all of a sudden she is like "o no we can't do any jobs out there this year maybe next year we are too busy out there". "If you lived in Baltimore we could do a estimate there but in Aberdeen, MD we can't". Like it's the forbidden city???. I said do you do jobs in Aberdeen, MD she said "Yes" but we are too busy right now. I said how can you get me an estimate in Baltimore if your so busy but not in Aberdeen, MD if Aberdeen, MD is a town that you service I understand if you don't service Aberdeen, MD that's fine but you said you do but your too busy? She Said "Sorry we are to busy try next year? She had no idea I needed a 20 drive way contract done so I was like that's fine you just lost a potential 100K job deal please driveway 20 year sealing contract for my 20 properties. She said that's fine we are really busy" I said ok "Bye" So they are a guess to busy so watch quality of work from this company they obviously don't care on the customer service side. I will be sure to tell many other business owners in the Baltimore, MD area not to go for there company for there parking lots and personal homes.

F & M did an outstanding job on the work I requested to be done. They worked diligently in between rain storms, covering the newly poured concrete before the rain occurred and trying to get the job done done in a timely manner while dealing with the adverse weather. Ben discussed some different ideas and changes to my original plans that improved the final project from my original expectations. I know concrete work can seem pricey, but it's worth it to get the quality work accomplished by the whole crew at F & M. Everyone from Ben (foreman),TJ (sales), Lisa (office coordinator) and all the guys on the crew did an outstanding job, scheduling, communicating, advising and doing the labor required to produce a quality product as I have received from F & M. I would recommend them to anyone for your contracting needs. They are a first class outfit and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I thought they were very professional. They did a good job and cleaned up nicely. They did very well. They did what they said they would do in the time frame they provided.

PERFECT. it was absolutely a pleasure to deal with F&M. I'm just sorry that all they do is concrete work. The work was performed in 2 days. Too bad I can't give an A+ in every category.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company---from T.J., who did the estimate, to Lisa, who was always available to facilitate things at the office, to Andy, who oversaw the project and worked so diligently to come up with a solution to a drainage problem that we have lived with for years and to make sure that I was getting what I wanted, and to the crew, who worked so professionally to get the job done right. I thank them all. I loved that they provided references, without being asked, before any contract discussion; they started and completed their work with minimal disruption to the neighborhood, and they followed up to assure that I was satisfied. I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to others.

Kevin was prompt and friendly and provided the estimate when promised. The price was reasonable, and Lisa (office) was responsive to calls and emails and was able to schedule the work a little sooner than the initial estimate. The pricing was good, and the service was excellent. The crew on all three days of the project (demolition of wooden deck day 1, demolition of concrete and forming up to prepare for concrete pour on day 2, and pouring of concrete and clean up at job site on day 3) were all professional and friendly, and went above and beyond my expectations including leaving the area much neater than upon their arrival. I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again.

It looks great and they were even able to save the invisible fence that crosses the parking pad. I would definitely use them again UPDATE: I indaverdently reviewed F&M in the category of concrete contractor but it should be asphalt contractor. They did a great job

I was very pleased with them. They gave me pages of references. They do a lot of work. That is what they do. I called and they were all favorable. I actually shortened the drive and he pit it in sod. In the beginning they were the first ones to get an estimate and it was higher than that and I told other people were all lower and they did come down. Quality was excellent. They did a driveway and a new walkway. Where the walkway was we put sod in and then we turned it around. It was like a side entrance to a covered porch and then we did an entrance head on into walkway with a new sidewalk into entrance. I like how they worked with me. I like how they were on time. They were professional. Prior to this I never had a concrete drive. I wanted to talk about the care of it. Like when asphalt you have to resurface every year. I was back within an hour. He was told he was going to be there 3 hours or 4 hours more and he left and I never did get to talk with him. I had to call them back about the sealing and the maintenance. I am very pleased with quality. It was done in a timely fashion. I like the design of it and of the walkway and also I have a strip in there they put mulching. They were so professional it was just fantastic. The office, the sales representative, the attorney was right there on the ball. Excellent service. The work was top quality. They knew what they were doing. They did make a mistake and cut my wire to my lamp post. I wouldn't worry about their service, quality and integrity.

Scheduled an appointment for a driveway estimate via Angie's list, the person never showed up and never contacted us. They said they would be in touch to reschedule e but I never heard from them again.

This was one of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. They showed up on time , provided insightful suggestions, responded quickly, respectfully and thoroughly to our questions about the estimate, and then completed the job ahead of schedule. Whenever an existing structure is removed there will be surprises revealed - this company demonstrated sound judgement in reacting to those (animal nests, additional concrete structures that needed to be jackhammered out) and kept us informed. As construction proceeded it was clear that small adjustments (step width, number and location of steps) to the initial plan were necessary, and they came up with sound solutions, executed them quickly, and kept to the original cost estimate. Most of the work was done during business hours when no one was at the house. They kept us informed via phone, text or email about how things were progressing. Great communication. My one brief encounter with the work force during the day left a great impression - polite, industrious and obviously competent. This was a large expensive project for us, and we were a bit nervous to start it, but we're extremely happy with the results and will definitely use them again next year for our driveway replacement.

Project came out great. Company was very professional. They didn't even get mad when my four month old puppy got out and made little tracks over the just brushed concrete.

We would highly recommend F&M Contractors. A family business where the employees take pride in their work. Ben, the owner foreman, was on job site 100% of time during the concrete work done by 4 laborers. Ben is very knowledgable,professional,courteous and accommodating.His team of helpers were focused on the tasks & took great strides in being precise and careful- making slight adjustments when necessary even on already completed settings. This was a large project(1600 sq.ft.) combining colored concrete with band markings and large stone pavers. Ben checked consistently with me to be sure the different aspects of the project was exactly the way I wanted it. Also,Ben and team did a superb job engineering & constructing the concrete driveway apron which joined the street on a steep slope so that the street runoff continued down the street and not the driveway. Jeff,the paver installer, was likewise very professional and obviously took pride in his work.He made every effort to accommodate the slight changes I requested as well as making good suggestions.The results were excellent. F&M was the middle bid of three I had and we made our decision to contract with them as they were the most responsive in coming to the site ,discussing the challenges & seemed most interested in the total project. We could not be more pleased with the results

F & M Contractors are an excellent team of professionals who executed every aspect of the process with a great amount of expertise, customer service skills and attention to detail. I highly recommend F & M Contractors for their sincerity, conscientiousness and thoroughness in completion of their work as if they were installing for their own home. The concrete work that was done is over and above all expectations. They took great pride in the satisfactory outcome and my overall appreciation of their workmanship. It is a beautiful asset to my home and adds so much to the value of the property. These folks will put a smile on your face every time you look at the finished product that they install.

I've used F&M once before for concrete sidewalk/step replacement and they were excellent. When I found out they also did blacktop they were the first ones I contacted to resurface my 20 year old plus driveway. Once again their price was competitive. More importantly, their professionalism is second to none, from their estimation, contact, work, clean up and follow up. The estimator provides a thorough written estimate, calls to ask if their are any questions, the office staff contacts you with concise emails, they show up and finish as contracted with beautiful equipment, the crew from the foreman to the laborers were all communicative and polite, and when they were done they clean up everything, The estimator even calls back once the work is complete to make certain that you are satisfied. My resurfaced driveway is actually much nicer than when it was new many years ago.
