The entire process went very well.

Prompt service. Best price by far out of several other quotes. We use this outlet often, especially when we have multiple overnight guests. Now there's extra room and comfort for some to sleep out in the RV. They love it. I've also used King-Fix-It before for HVAC work, other electrical work and refrigeration. It's been positive every time.

I purchased an 30 amp + 20 amp RV outlet to install at my home. I had used Mr McLean's services several other times for a variety of tasks at my place of business. This was the first time that I have hired his company for work at home. I shopped around first because it didn't dawn on me that he does residential tasks as well. I received 3 quotes ranging from $399-$650 to install the outlet. The time frame was anywhere from 2 days to a week to get started. I then called Mr McLean at King Fix It and asked him it that was a task that he could do. He said yes and came out the same day and took a look at it. He gave me a quote of $275. The installation was quick and thorough. I've now been using it for several months and have had guests sleep over in comfort. I am extremely happy with the work that he's done.

For the most part, work was completed. He was unable to fix my kitchen faucet and had a hard time putting it almost back together. He also replace my broken PVC pipe for AC condensation drain. I felt he was on the phone too long doing the replacement of the pipe. The kitchen faucet incomplete and the pipe installation was completed. The total work time did not take long. For that reason, I felt he should have made his personal call after the work.

I am pleased with his work. He went above and beyond to repair both leaks at a reasonable price. He explained everything to me patiently and in detail so that I understood what had happened and how he'd repair.

Mr. Kingsley was prompt and took his time to isolate and fix the problem. As we all know with an home central A/C unit a problem can be anything and very expensive. Mr. Kingsley found the problem and in the grand scheme of things didn't charge me all that much. I'm due for a new A/C unit and when the money tree bears fruit, I will hire him to install it.

Mr. King not only diagnosed the problem, but he was able to fix it in seconds. He explainde to me next steps to bring my unit up th best health and I will definitely schedule him to come out and tune up the the system when the weather heats up.

We had originally scheduled for Saturday but he had an opening so he did the install withing an hour of the original contact. Since I could not be there in person, he kept me apprised of the situation via phone and made sure I was comfortable with the progress. Would definitely hire him again.

He is well educated on a myriad of plumbing issues, is professional in appearance and manner, clearly and succinctly explains what is needed, with an accurate estimate of costs. King Fix It was great. Before hiring King, three different HVAC companies came over to look at my A/C. King was the only one that correctly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it all in the same day. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I was well informed on what needed to be done. I would definitely use his services again and would highly recommend him.

It was good. He is good and I have used him for air conditioning and plumbing in the past.
