He actually took the time to educate me about the different options I had when it came to this job. I will certainly re-hire Mr. KINGSLEY for future jobs that I have. I know for sure I have to additional plumbing jobs for him. It should be known that Mr. KINGSLEY is also a U.S. Marine veteran. This counts a lot in my book as I am also a fellow military veteran.

+ -1 moreMy bathtub drain assembly piece was very corroded and I couldn’t remove it. I called King Fix-It on Friday evening at around 7 pm, and Mr. McLean agreed to come out to my house on Saturday morning. He was able to remove my old drain assembly and install the new one that I had purchased. The scheduling tool that he uses sends a text message letting you know of the appointment time and send another text when he’s on the way. When the work is completed, you receive another text that includes a summary of the work done. This is a great convenience. (This is my second time hiring King Fix-It and I will hire again the next time I need work done.)

+ -1 moreI was surprised to discover a professional so friendly, competent, knowledgeable, honest and efficient here in D.C. Typically, we have a shortage of skilled craftsmen or craftspeople. I am quite picky and consider myself versed in plumbing. He exceeded my expectations. I like the meditative and observant approach. He reminded me of a surgeon. I haven't seen someone work like that before.
Description of Work: There was a strange odor coming from my toilet when it was flushed. He inspected everything carefully first. He managed my expectations in an upbeat manner. He removed the toilet, replaced the wax ring and reseated it. Although the smell is npw gone we never found a crack or leak or mess. It's mysterious and may require some wait and see time. However, I would highly recommend Kingsley as a plumber. He answered his own phone in the evening. He scheduled me right away. He arrived with a courteous helper and yet charged me so fairly. He left no mess and showed such concern for my space. I've dealt with many plumbers over the years and this man is my #1.

Removed the washing machine, fixed the seal then placed everything back in its place nice and neatly. He was very courteous and accommodating. He explained everything that needed to be done and everything he has done to make me feel confident in his abilities. He’s digital system notifications kept me in the loop throughout the whole process.
Description of Work: Repair the leak underneath the washing machine. Washing machine pan was not properly sealed and need to be fixed.
