my wife was there and the job went quick and the tech was professional it was an easy fix in the plumbers world so there's nothing more to say

I did not like them. They did not fix the problem and we ended up in hiring another person from Angie's list and he fixed the problem. There were 2 guys who came out and they just didn't know what they were doing.

They came out and did an observation and informed us that there was not enough available space to complete the project. They were very honest and explained everything.

They gave me a $50 discount. It went really well. They came back about a week later and fixed a leak and tightened it up. I was really happy with them and the service.

I called the company and the owner came to the house. He explained what would need to be done. He said that the hourly charge is $150. He said that air could accumulate in the baseboard and the baseboard would need to be bled again when we get cold weather for a week. I would be charged an additional hourly charge for this service. I decided not to hire this company. The repairman were friendly but inexperienced for the job I needed to have done. Responsiveness. I was told to expect arrival between 8 AM to 12 noon. They arrived at 9:45. I had received a call at 9 AM saying they were on their way. I does not take 45 minutes to drive from Clinton to my home so I did not give them a high rating in this category. I used this company for replacement of a faucet. I would not use this company again for a heating problem.

Called McCall's and the owner himself responded promptly. I had told Brian that BG&E Home, who I have a contract with, diagnosed the problem, but would not cover it as it supposedly was external to the boiler (???). They said the expansion tank on the system was bad. Brian showed up the next day in his car with the part and a pair of pliers. He tried to unscrew the part by hand, but ended up bending the attached copper tubing. This took about 10-15 minutes. That day or the next Brian showed up in his car again, but also with his son and the company truck with tools. The son removed the bend copper tubing, replaced it and attached the expansion tank, a part that costs about $30-$35 on Amazon. This procedure took about 20-30 minutes. Brian then presented me with a hand written bill on note paper (I can sent copy if needed) and the son said I would get a proper invoice later. This never occurred. I asked Brian if this included my 5% senior discount (I am 70) and he said it was included, which I doubt. So, for a job that should have taken 30 minutes to fix with a $35 part, I was charged $260.

It went very well! They were prompt and professional!

All went well. Very happy with work done. My husband would have preferred a more detailed, itemized receipt. Toilet price and installation was preset, but did not fit. No price given for toilet installed in its place.

The job wasn't as simple as just popping out the old toilet and popping in the new one, there was a lot more involved with it. The price was a little higher than I was expecting, but it may have been warranted due to the amount of work. He did a good job with the service. He was very courteous, and he showed up early. He did a lot of work for us. Overall it was an excellent experience.

They snaked out my stairwell drain. They were very neat, professional and nice. I would use them again.

LeMans and Alonzo came between the time frame that was given. They were very friendly and professional. They looked at the problem , diagnosed the situation, fixed what they could which was the toilet and a leak under kitchen sink. One worked on the toilet the other worked on the sink. LeMans gave me a suggestion about the faucet to call the company and see if I could get a free replacement, which I thought was great because I would have just bought a whole new faucet. They also honored the Angies list coupon. They were finished in less than a hour, no mess. I will definitely used them again. I cant really comment on the price because I did not compare them with anyone else. I believe that it is fair.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Very professional, sends the same guy.

Called in the morning and they said they would arrive between 12-4 p.m. Arrived a little after 12. Got right to work and were finished in about 20 minutes. Very professional and courteous.

They did a superb job and he clearly knew exactly what he was doing. An outstanding service experience.

B McCall Plumbing was scheduled to come to my house on 4/15/14 between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to fix the lack of water pressure in my sink. This company never showed up nor called to say that they could not make the pre-arranged time frame. Very unprofessional. I was quite surprised since I called this company that received a good grade from Angie's List. Their grade needs to be lowered so someone else doesn't waste their time waiting for them to show up. Very disappointed.

Called thinking I would get senior citizen discount but it did not apply. Made appointment and serviceman arrived at appointed date and time. Job took 5 - 10 mins. Very satisfied and plan to use this company again.

After just joining Angie's List this morning, McCall was one of the plumbers that was recommended to me. My toilet was continuously running and I didn't want my water my water bill to be outrageous. McCall was the only provider who was available today as they had a technician in the area. That technician came out and did a band-aid fix to make the toilet usable and for it to stop running. He recommended that I purchase a new toilet as the expense of making the necessary repairs would be the cost as a new toilet (this is something that a different provider had confirmed for me). I told the technician that I would make the purchase and he said that he would be back out on Monday to do the installation.

He said it is ok for now but will need a new one soon, but most of all the bill was less they said and also received a discount for being a Angie's list member. That's what I call service and a discount if I get new toilet from them.He also gave me some extra information on other plumbing problems I did not even know I had around the house.

The plumber arrived on time. Diagnosed my problem and fixed it. He was polite, cleaned up after himself and accepted my Angie's list discount.

He cleaned up and explained what he did. I would definitely use them again.

The installation went well. However, they did not come back as promised to replace the cement seal over the waterline. Even so, I would use them again.
