Description of Work: Two workers came for each visit. For the first job, a new faucet replaced the original faucet.also a new stopper was installed in the main floor tub.The shower in the basement needed a new cartridge, It was noted that there was a hairline crack in the old toilet tank. For the second visit I had them replace the basement toilet with the 2nd floor toilet and replace that toilet with a new one.

Description of Work: Repaired two shower controls and cleared one shower drain. The faucet controls were stripped such that the water remained cold regardless of the control position. Hot water can now be dispensed. The shower drain was cleared of calcium buildup and is now draining freely.

Description of Work: The bathtub water valves were not closing completely and it was leaking. They replace the washers and other part of the water valves. The toilet water pump was replaced and the kitchen water valve. Jeremy and Dave are very professional, and courteous. They knew exactly what to do to fix the plumbing issues. Thanks Jeremy and Dave! Description of Work: Replaced hose bib for outside garden hose. The team explained the work that needed to be done (they had to cut through an interior wall to access the pipes) and provided tips on how to avoid future problems. They were professional and we have not had any problems with the hose bib since the completion of the work.

Description of Work: I had a frozen/burst water pipe. They replaced the portion of the pipe that was damaged. When I called, it was after hours so I reached their answering service. The owner called me back within minutes to assess the problem and schedule a time to fix the pipe. I feel comfortable calling McCall's for any plumbing service, they are responsive and caring, and the technicians are knowledgeable and pleasant and seem to take pride in a job done properly.
