Description of Work: Toilet flushing slowly some of the time (inconsistent). It turned out to be a cell phone battery in the toilet from the previous owner.

Description of Work: Fixed toilet. The toilet was leaking from the base and also the internal parts needed replacing. They replaced the wax ring, leveled under the toilet were some tiles were missing so it would sit flat. Also put new internal parts in the tank that needed replacing.

Description of Work: The owner, Brian, came out within an hour of my phone call to personally assess the job. Company started work a day early, which was good for me. Made it so I didn't have to lose the use of my water. Raul explained everything to me and showed me the damaged line once they got it out. i wish every service provider was equal to B McCall Plumbing.

Description of Work: Our water heater died yesterday morning and by the time we came home from work B McCall had fully replaced our 20 year old water heater and had everything back up and running. They were also very responsive in returning our calls. They did arrive about 2 hours late but offered us a $30 discount for their tardiness, which brought the total quoted price to $930. They did good work and we would have given them an "A" except for the fact that they were instructed over the phone by their manager to change the total price to $980 after we presented them with the Angie's List coupon. The installer was told not to let the price dip below $930. Since the expected AL member 5% off would have been more of a discount than the $30 off they offered for lateness, we did feel a little miffed. The company's decision to not honor the coupon based off the original quoted price of $960 earned them a B. Why they decided to ruin their integrity for $13 is besides me.

Description of Work: My experience with McCall went very fast. I called one evening and by 10 in the morning the job was completed. Very satisfied with the work. Will use again.

Description of Work: I've used B McCall Plumbing before and the service was great then, so to see them listed with Angie group was a no brain er for me to call them back for the plumbing Issue I was having. The service tech was there on time and completed the work with in a half hour.
