I always call Zepp for plumbing issues. They are responsive and friendly, and they don't over charge.

I placed a phone call to get some information and I didn't expect to hear from them until at least the next day but Eddie Zepp called about 6 pm that evening when he got back in the office. He went above and beyond. It wasn't an emergency. I have a plumber for life. I had called several other people about replacing the bathtub. They weren’t the lowest but I had a feeling that I was being lowballed. They came when they said and the job took slightly less them than they thought it would be. They ran into a small problem that they took care of. They will be the first people that I call.

A family member backed into our well pump head and severed the electrical chord. As a result, there was no water pressure or water flowing in the house. After checking Angie's List for recommendations, we called Zepp. They listened to our description of the problem and said they would be able to send a technician to our home by the afternoon of the same day. They came even earlier than antcipated (called first), assessed the problem quickly, and repaired it within an hour. We also asked them to check a ruptured pipe that ran under the deck to the hose hookup; they were able to repair that at the same time for an additional reasonable cost. What I dreaded would take a couple of days to diagnose and fix was taken care of quickly and professionally in a matter of hours by Zepp. I will definitely call them again should a plumbing problem arise.

Awesome service! On time, worked diligently on all projects, excellent workmanship, courteous, great price. When I added a last minute change in project, which included additional work replacing an outdoor faucet with a new one which I had bought on my own, did not reschedule or complain but immediately took on the work because "this is the kind of faucet that should be in place", instead of patching the existing one which was old and inadequate (which would have been less work). Did not even charge me more on account of extra work added. Price as quoted at the beggining of work- no surprises there. Everything installed works great. I am very happy - I will use definitely for all my next projects. Anca GC, MD

We had a really good experience with Zepp Plumbing. They sent an estimator to our house who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He spent the better part of an hour studying our situation and discussing new faucet choices with us. We had already provided Zepp over-the-phone with model numbers for the Toto toilets we wanted and he had all that information written up and priced before he even arrived. The bottom line is Zepp provided a complete written estimate with an attractive price before he left. We met with some other plumbers who we liked and were very professional but no one else managed to produce an estimate during the home visit. Everyone else required several days research before they could quote a price on everything we needed. The job itself went very smoothly. Two plumbers arrived on time on the agreed day and finished the job in about five hours. There were no mishaps, they left the job site clean, and everything looks great.

They were highly rated on the Angie's list. I called them and they could com. They did a really good job. They made sure that everything was taken care of. They explained me exactly what they did. They even showed me in the camera what they saw. They told what should be done that the problem doesn't come back. They had to come twice but they came quickly and on the next day. I would consider using them again in the future.

They gave me a warning call and arrived promptly. He looked at both of the toilets and couldn't figure out why it would be a problem other than the town water. He plunged and snaked both of them but he couldn't tell me why these two toilets were having a problem and my third one wasn't. It was fine and the price was reasonable. I was dissatisfied that he couldn't tell me what the problem was but he did everything I think he could probably have done unless he had much more expertise but I wasn't totally satisfied with that. I don't know if somebody more knowledgeable would have been able to figure it out. I don?t know if I would use them again.

Zepp staff were very friendly and professional from the office staff arranging the appointment to the plumber who performed the services. He removed the air which had been causing heating difficulities on the second level of the house and explained that the system should have a valve to handle this automatically so it would not build up. He provided an estimate to install such a valve which I will have done when warmer weather arrives since they will need to drain the piping to install the valve.

While they were not able to fix the problem, they referred me to who could (special/extra long tools needed); and did not charge me for the visit. This is my second experience with Zepp, (the first time they performed a fix to a minor but dramatic problem) and I will definitely use them again in the future!

Zepp Plumbing & Heating seemed very knowledgeable and honest. They fixed the problem that I had and gave me estimates for other work that could be done. I am very pleased with them.

Zepp Plumbing were exactly what I was looking for. Sandy was great to work with about prices, scheduling, Toto ( a brand I had never heard of). Zepp also gave a better deal if we purchased a second and third toilet, which we needed anyway. Employee Jim came out first and started working on the removal and installation while I patched up some flooring in the powder room and then Mr. Zepp came in. I thought he came to oversee the job but he pretty much installed the third toilet himself. Then Mr. Zepp and Jim had noticed that the water pressure in the house was a little high, helped to adjust, and gave me their professional opinions. I will definitely use Zepp Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

We have used Zepp Plumbing twice before and have found their prices to be fair and the workmanship to be top-knotch. Eddie Zepp and one of his family members came out to do this job. They provided a quote of approximately $375 after visiting the house, and that quote was right on. They provided the laundry sink and did all of the plumbing to run lines and a drain. The work took about two hours to complete. Our experiences with Zepp have always been positive. They are friendly, honest and usually the most affordable quote.

The office staff is pleasant and helpful. Technicians were polite and experienced. The pricing was fair and reasonable. Would strongly recommend.
