They arrived on time and did a good job servicing our water softener system.

It went great! A subcontractor for one of the big-box stores came to install a dishwasher for us. The installer looked under our sink and refused to do our installation because he said, "[our] copper pipes were old and needed to be replaced before he'd attempt to do the work." He said he couldn't do the work with our OLD pipes. He said he could replace all of our under sink pipes for $430! This sounded quite unreasonable, so we sent him away. Our pipes did not look bad and his claim seemed like nonsense! Needing an honest opinion from a trusted company that we've worked with before, we called ZEPPS. Two of Zepps employees showed up on time and I explained the circumstances. After a thourough examination of our sink, our pipes and the area where the new machine would go. The Zepps guys explained that while our pipes were old [as our house] they were installed properly, and did not need to be replaced and really shouldn't prevent us from installing a new dishwasher. They didn't push any business on us, they didn't charge us for the visit, they were honest and candid and THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I WILL KEEP USING THEM AND KEEP TELLING EVERYONE IN THE AREA THAT ZEPPS IS A TRUSTWORTHY AND TOP NOTCH COMPANY.

Great! I called Zepp first thing in the morning and a technician was in our driveway two hours later. He assessed our heater, which had died a miserable death, and gave us an estimate. He returned an hour later with another tech and with a new tank. A very short time later the tank was installed, hot water was once again flowing in our home. The tech even ran a very nice pvc emergency overflow extension along our wall. The estimate was accurate to the penny and the job was well done and professional. A+++

Two techs arrived on the same day to fix the problem, friendly and professional. I explained how I noticed that the shower was not draining, and shortly after, no toilets were draining. The techs set to work clearing the clog via the outside septic access with a roto-rooter type tool—all in all, about an hours time from diagnosis to finish. They even stayed behind to help me test the system. It was a bit more than I was expecting to pay, but I was happy to have such a quick response and Zepp knows their stuff. Would hire again.

Eddie Zepp replaced my boiler with an efficient state of the art system. Eddie, is professional, personable and reasonably priced.

They were on time, on budget, responsive, and professional. They were respectful of me, my family, and our home. If I had any plumbing left to do, I would certainly hire them to do the work.

Had the problem for a couple of weeks. Called at 8;15a and was told someone would be there between 10 & 12. Mr. Zepp arrived at 10:30 and diagnosed the problem. Left and came back with 2 helpers to pull the old pump (354') and replaced with new pump and wiring. Great job ! Polite and efficient. Perfect !! Would (will) use again.

They're great. They have done a tremendous amount of work for us.

We had no water and a rep came over within a few hours to diagnose the problem. He determined the problem was with the pump and estimated a new pump installed would be $1800-$2200. He another Zepp employee came the next morning and installed the pump. Both men were very professional and courteous. Total cost was $1800.

We were pleasantly surprised that we could run the dishwasher, run laundry, and take a shower-all without a loss of pressure. We are also very pleased that the water from our well does not have to be treated to get a neutral pH; something we did have to put up with on our old well.

Came out after our pipes froze and burst. They were quick, professional and reasonably priced. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had a first morning appointment for which the plumber arrived 30 minutes late, and he did not even apologize. I had called the week prior to make the appointment and told the office specifically that I had 3 Kohler toilets that needed the flappers replaced. When the plumber looked at the toilets he told me that he could not replace the flappers because Kohler flappers need to be specially ordered. Then he asked me if I wanted him to work on the toilets or not, saying specifically that he was not going to be able to repair the toilets. I asked him "why would you work on the toilets if you cannot fix them?" To which he had no reply, and he left.

Very efficient. Good personal interface. Thorough and good clean up of work area. Automatically used warranty for replacement parts if available.

We asked several plumbers for quotes and they were comparable. They were responsive to communication. The office staff person, his name is Brian, was really good about getting questions answered and scheduling and that sort of thing. I would say though that you really have to have some of your own knowledge about plumbing. This has been our experience with contracting in general, I don't think it's just this project with the plumber. They did a good job. What happened, was our home, when it was built 25 years ago, the original contractors that built the home, they reversed the hot and cold water in that particular bathroom. And so you would think that part of the installation process would to be to make sure that the hot and cold were where they are supposed to be. It's just part of installation. They came back and they fixed it. We had asked about the smell coming from the tub and it turned out that it was just a very new tub. Normally I guess tubs have a chance to sit in the warehouse for a while, that it is just a chemical smell. They came out and they were very responsive. They said they would fix and it would take 30 minutes. That was probably the only thing for an irritation. They did not charge me for fixing it. So it wasn't that big of a problem. They were comparable with everyone else. In that sense it wasn't a super deal, but they weren't super expensive either. The work was very good. They were very responsive and on time.

We used Zepp when our usual plumber was on vacation didn't have an opening for a day and half. Zepp was able to provide a plumber an hour (!) after I called since I needed the problem resolved before I left for work. He was very friendly and asked if we were ok with using a faucet that didn't match the fixtures (I'll worry about aesthetics later, I just need my kitchen sink working - but thanks for asking!). He even pointed out that the previous owners had installed a high quality water filter that we could find easily on Amazon (good find). Overall, they were just as good as our usual service. Would definitely look at them first and then compare before I just go with "the same old same old".

They are really good. We have used them multiple times in the last five years. They were professional and the people that they send out are very good. I will continue to use them.

The installation went well and the annual follow-up went equally well. We've used them for over 10 years now.

My sump pump was not sucking any water, but the motor kept running and it was acting like it was trying to suck up the water but nothing was happening. I called Zepp and someone came out to look at the problem. I asked if it could be a frozen pipe. I was told no that it was probably the rotating piece at the bottom of my sump pump that was broken since nothing was being sucked up. He gave me an estimate for over $500 to replace the sump pump. I asked if I could just replace the piece that was broken and I was told it was almost the same price as a new one. So I called another plumbing company to get another estimate for a new sump pump since I thought the price was a bit high from Zepp. Within 2 minutes of the other plumbing company coming to my house, I was told that it was a frozen pipe. Sure enough, within 20 minutes, the sump pump was running fine. It is still running great a month later. I was a little disappointed that I asked the plumber from Zepp if it could be a frozen pipe and was told no, but in actuality it was the precise problem. I would like to use Zepp in the future because I've heard they do good work, but I'm a little concerned that they are a little quick on the trigger to just replace instead of diagnosing and fixing the problem.

This company has been providing our plumbing needs for close to a decade. They are prompt, reliable, and skilled.

When we purchased our home we knew it had an almost 50 year old boiler heat system. However, as winter began we realized it made too much noise and was very inefficient. So, we had already used Zepp to replace some existing baseboard heat in the same house where we had to reconstruct the "finished" side of the our lower level. We were pleased with their work so we decided to rehire them (we initially found them on Angie's List.) Eddie Zepp, Shaun and others arrived on time and indeed swapped out the old boiler system. What they didn't anticipate is the previous boiler installation was fraught with faulty electric and poor workmanship. The 9 hour job turned into a two day ordeal. Zepp, however, stayed with the job and professionally installed a new four zone, four thermostat heating system that works very well. AND they stayed with the original quote. So, here is THE thing....the work was excellent, the materials excellent and their commitment to finish the job with the original quote exceptional. So, how would YOU rate a craftsman like that? If you need a plumbing company that is not only family owned, but family FRIENDLY and does professional work----you can't go wrong with Zepp! Prompt, courteous response to phone inquiry. Same day assessment of problem and estimate. Installation within 7 days on our preferred date and time. Quick installation by courteous professionals (90 mins. start to finish). Removed old unit and left basement clean and neat, as if no one had been in it working. Very satisfied with the top of the line, state of the art model (50 gal.capacity) purchased. Didn't really realize how much we needed new unit until we started to enjoy our new unit. Outstanding techs who did installation! Will call on them for all future plumbing needs. Highly recommend ZEPP Plumbing!

Zepp plumbing was easy to schedule. They came on time and did the work with efficient use of time and material. They also brought plenty of gas fittings so they could find the perfect fit for the connections in the gas lines. After the repair was completed, all gas leaks were sealed.

I purchased my property in the winter, and the water had already been cut off to the outdoor faucets. When I went to turn one on at the end of June, water started pouring out of the wall and ceiling on the opposite side of the outdoor faucet. I immediately shut off the water again, and called Zepp Plumbing. They had appointments the day after next, and I took one first thing in the morning. I was told that I'd be the first appointment, but clearly was not, as the plumber did not arrive at 8:00am. However, he did arrive within the window of 8:00-10:00 that I was given. He cut a hole in the ceiling and found a 10" section of cracked PVC piping, which he quickly replaced. The entire visit took around 45 minutes. The service provided was excellent, and the plumber that worked on my house was very friendly and professional.

They arrived on time, were extremely courteous, worked quickly and completed the job. their price was very reasonable. I have used Zepp for four years since I moved from New Jersey and have never been disappointed.

Mr Zeigler called 45 minutes prior to his arrival to say he would be here for the scheduled appointment. He arrived promptly on-time, introduced himself and his helper, asked to see all faucets that needed repair, and gave his estimate. I asked how long the job would take and he told me 2 hours. He and his helper got tools, tarps, and parts from the truck and got right to work. The master bath faucet was stuck because my husband couldn't remove it. On completing installation of new faucet, he cleaned up all debris, replaced the base of the pedestal sink, tightened all fittings of the sink, toilet, and toilet seat. He advised me exactly what he had worked on and went on to repair the kitchen faucet. He removed the old faucet and explained that the base was rusted and had apparently been leaking for some time. He explained the options 1) repair faucet but it may need further repair in future or it could leak profusely in future, 2) could replace with new faucet. I chose to have faucet replaced. He completed the installation, cleaned up all debris, explained faucet warranty and operation, then checked on helper's work in the main bath that had been finished. Mr Zeigler, from Zepp Plumbing & Heating, and his helper Andrew were very professional, efficient, and approachable. The work was done within the time Mr Zeigler estimated. He and his helper performed the work proficiently and neatly and removed all debris from the job. Mr Zeigler went above and beyond the expected in tightening all the fittings, toilet seat, and other connections.
