Description of Work: We have used Zepp plumbing for the past year. We are very pleased with service. They have installed a back-up sump pump that has worked flawlessly. On July 22 we had them out because our well appeared to be empty and not providing water. We assumed it was an issue with the filter system. Zepp plumbing figured out that is must be from our irrigation system and didn't even charge us for the house call. Come to find out, our lawn service (Clearwater Landscape) ran into the pipe, fixed it with a rock stuck in it, and didn't tell us there had been an issue.

Description of Work: I needed the flushing mechanisms replaced in all of my toilets because the water was constantly running from worksmanship of a previous contractor. Zepp Plumbing was punctual, pleasant, fixed my problems and gave me tips on other maintenance items in my home. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Called them out to fix a hose bib that had been shooting water backwards since the house was built. We had been unable to get the contractor to come and fix it. Zepp Plumbing came out promptly on the scheduled day and had the problem fixed in less than ten minutes. We were even shown what the problem was and how to fix it ourselves should it arise again. We would certainly use them again for future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: I called them at 10:00am to fix a minor pipe leak in our basement. Someone was here to fix it at 11:00am. I was shocked that someone came that quickly. The person who answered the phone and the plumber were professional and pleasant. Jim replaced an eight foot piece of pipe and gave advice on some minor plumbing problems I was having. This was the first time I used this company and I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

 + -1 moreI HAVE FOUND ZEPP PLUMBING TO BE RELIABLE & HONEST WITH THEIR WORK. THEY HAVE RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER FOR AN EMERGENCY WHEN I HAD A LEAKING PIPE. I THINK THEIR PRICES ARE NOT UNREASONABLE.
Description of Work: HAD NEW SINKS AND FAUCETS PLACED IN BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN, ALONG WITH OLD ONE REMOVED. ALSO HAD A LEAKING PIPE WHICH THEY CAME AND REPAIRED ANOTHER TIME.
