Description of Work: Contacted Mr. Meyers to ask questions about Big Deal for all house surge protector. After I had questions answered, was advised that he preferred that I not purchase big deal through Angie since they take a 35% cut from what he would receive. I then went ahead and scheduled the service through him. When he arrived, he indicated that since I had 2 service panels, I would need 2 protectors. I was OK with this. Most of the work with preformed by his assistant who managed to not be able to replace a panel door which was part of the wall which covered the electrical panel door. Mr. Meyers tried to repair the door but got very frustrated and I said just to let it be and I will have itI fixed by someone else. I thought the pricing was misleading and somewhat unprofessional.

Description of Work: My husband and I used Walt Meyer's company this year (2012) to heavy up our home. He does excellent work and is reliable. This was the second or third time we have called his company. His pricing seems reasonable to us.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for surge protection for $149.

Description of Work: Job description: Complete heavy up house electrical with new panel from 100 Amps to 200 Amps. Ran ground wire to main entrance water pipe. Cable and placed exterior box. Arranged DC permit inspector for the 26th of Sept. which was successful. Mr. Meyer of Meyer Electrical Services inc. and his helper were very professional and Left the work area clean. Good job Walt!!!!

Description of Work: Walt and his son did a great job. They were very professional. Had the usual Spring ac check and found I needed a breaker on the electrical box fixed. The temperature had just began to soar. One call to Meyers and they came out within the hour. As this was the first time I'd used them I was surprised they came so quickly. We emailed about the second job and even though I told them i was in no hurry, they came out within the week to install a chandelier. The light in the front hall was builders grade crap. It was hung at 2 feet and the ceiling is about 20' high. Could not changed the bulbs and it was ugly. It was being replaced with one that had many crystals (over 200) on it. They patiently took their time and installed every crystal. Afterwards, they cleaned up without hesitation. Was able to use the Angies list coupon and I got 10% off. Would use them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: installed switches. installed fan in the bathroom and kitchen. installed flood lights.

Description of Work: Walt installed a two new switches — a timer switch and a dimmer switch.
