It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Koval Construction. Mike Koval proved to be not only an expert builder and carpenter, but a true craftsman with pride in his work. No part of our deck build was hastily done, as Mike painstakingly insured exactness and integrity of the support structure, trim, fit and final finish. He was extremely knowledgable in regards to county codes and provided us with the comfort of knowing that his work exceeded code in his continued efforts to remain well informed of advancements in building materials and construction methods. A choice of any other would in my opinion been second best.

We were pleased with the quality of work they performed. Koval corrected some defects in the structure that the previous builder did not address, therefore making the deck safer and more secure. They started and finished the project as promised and left the area clean. Would use Koval Construction services again. I highly recommend them.

I was concerned about water leaking in around my bay window, and the extent of any damage. Koval Construction identified the source of the leak and fixed it. They also replaced the trim around the window. The work was done on a very timely basis and the repairs did not go beyond what was necessary to correct the problem. I found them interested in doing the job well and correctly.

Mike has been very prompt & a great communicator. Also he has done a fantastic job on the house
