Koval construction is helping us recover from storm damage to our house. Mike the owner, dealt directly with the insurance adjuster finding many oversights by them. His thorough review and input is helping ensure that I don't have to pay out of pocket costs for the damage. Acting as the prime contractor Koval Construction mobilized and got trusses ordered and repaired the hole from tree damage in our roof and ceiling before heavy rains hit our area again. The proprietor has worked weekends and shown up consistently on time to get this work done. After having some bad tornado damage, working with such a professional has put my family at ease. Mike's experience is very evident as we go through this major repair. I would highly recommend Koval Construction to anyone considering using there services on any scale of project.

our house was hit by a tree during a tornado. Mike Koval was amazing at helping us figure out everything we needed to do to get our house back the way it was. Roofing,truss work,installing new skylight's,sheet rock and flooring. Very friendly and trustworthy.

Mr. Koval from Koval Construction, LLC was a joy to work with. He was always professional, friendly and very trustworthy. He held to his commitments and was very good with his craft. I had others who wanted to do more worth then necessary but Mr. Koval only suggested what was needed. He was very knowledgeable about construction, county codes both past and current, craftsmanship of the work and methods. I will chose Mr. Koval for future project and add him ad my go to person.

My deck needed eight 6X6 support post replaced and Mike did a great job. He arrived on time, and was very very professional and friendly. This was a about a two and one half day job for two men only because one old post that just did not want to come out. He cleaned up after the work was completed and sowed grass seed over the excavated soil. I will use him again and will definitely refer him to others!

He was prompt, very neat and the repair turned out great. Also, I did not need to do any clean-up after he completed the work.

My deck needed refurbishing. Koval replaced all top rails, one step, one floorboard, as well as tightened other areas that had loosened. I am very pleased with the results. I would recommend them and plan to use them for additional projects at my home.
