Wonderful job, very professional!!

We contracted with NewBrook to install a slider door and 2 windows around the middle of March. Joseph came out and did an hour long demonstration which I found informative but they could have cut 15 minutes off of that. I'd seen a couple of other well known companies and NewBrook's stuff was equal if not better for less. We signed up the same day and don't regret it. Mike came out to remeasure a few days later and almost a month to the day later, they were here for the installation. There were late by a couple of hours but finished the same day. Dermot, the owner was here over seeing the installation and made some calls as he arrived before his team. My Husband and I are very satisfied with the professionalism of this company. I'm looking forward working with this Dermot and Joseph on completing the remainder of our windows.

Dermot, the owner of the company, doubled as my sales rep. He has got to be one of the most interesting guys ever. I wanted good windows at a low price for my renters. Dermot explained the differences in the windows he offered. He listened well and didn?t hard sell me. I chose the Berkshire Elite. The house was empty and in move in condition. I didn?t have to clean up after them. Thumbs up for this move! I feel like I got a superior product at a bargain price.

I was referred by my brother who was extremely happy with the work New Brook did on his house. In the beginning only two things mattered to me, the price and whether or not they could finance me. I tried a couple of times in 2014 to get the same work done by the usual guys you see on TV or hear on the radio. All of their prices were so much higher but I would have signed except I was turned down for financing. (embarrassing) After a year and a half, my brother told me to call New Brook. To cut to the chase, I got financed (I've been working on that), and I paid a much lower cost for seemingly the same product (nice triple pane vinyl windows/ a steel Provia door) that what was offered to me more than 18 months ago. Everything went smoothly. I love my new windows, door and storm door. There were two windows that the installers had to return to adjust but I can't say enough about how happy I am.

Thank you New Brook, I had had several estimates to replace my windows that had been original to my home built about 15 tears ago, the estimates were from well known window companies in my area and were quiet frankly well out of my budget. A friend of mine who had used this company previously told me to give them a call. I am so glad I did, Joseph came to my home measured the windows, sat down and talked to me about the project, outlined my options, educated me on the benefits of an energy efficient window. The price that joseph offered me to replace 15 windows was significantly lower than previous estimates not quiet half but pretty close and I got the triple pane upgrade. The installation about four weeks later went without a hitch, the guys were fantastic, left my home clean and dust free. Thanks again New Brook job well done.
