They were great and flexible in setting up a time slot and showed up right on time. I will use this company in the future for plumbing needs.

I called a few other companies trying to get in contact about coming out late at night to fix the issue and only two return phone calls. The other company wanted to charge, in my mind, an outrageous price but then 3rd watch plumbing called me right back and advised they would be there as soon as possible. They arrived in a very timely manner and were ready to get the job done. They were able to figure out quickly that the water heater had to be replaced and began taking out the old one. They layed tarps down so my floor wouldn't be damaged and they had boot covers on their feet. I was very pleased that they took the time to care about protecting my floor and making sure not to damage anything else in my house. They brought the new water heater in with no problems and began to put it into place and get it hooked up. They gladly hauled the old one away for me at no extra charge. I plan to recommend them to all of my friends and co workers.

They responded very quickly and were very prepared to get the job done in a well timed manner. They were very respectful of me and my family and made sure not to leave any messes or trash once they completed the work. They explained everything they were doing during the process and were very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Once they finished they cleaned everything up and checked one last time for any messes and made sure to not have dirty boots in the house. I will be recommending them to all of my friends.
