Description of Work: They treated my house inside and out for insects and small rodents. I purchase a $275 deal worth $400 and was very happy with the results. The technician went to my old house which was an error but quickly remedy the |problem when we realized he was subpose to be at the new address. When I purchased the deal I was living at the old address. The technician told me he could still stop by but it would take him an hour which was ok with me since the mix up was kinda my fault. The technician was very nice and treated my house and I was very pleased with the results...I will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: 1-Time Pest Control Service w/30 day guarantee: sprayed outside perimeter and inside basement perimeter. Did not do attic as stated in description of the deal (not sure why). Service man said he would provide an estimate for on-going service but I never was contacted again. The prices he quoted verbally seemed reasonable and should I decide I need or want additional services, I will call them again to get info in writing.

Description of Work: Had raging p**** ant problem in kitchen and bath. They treated inside in about 10 minutes - both rooms. Came another day to do outside - took about 20 minutes. Saw some ants inside about 2 weeks later and they were moving very slow. After that - no more ant problem. Got the job done!Yea!

Description of Work: They came for the first of 4 applications for pest control. They had a different arrival time than what I was told online. They were very nice about the mix-up, explained what they would do the first visit, and went about their work. I did not get a chance to observe because I was running late for work. Next visit, I will try to watch to see if they cover all the bases.
