The actual services were fine. The guy who came out was a bit unfriendly and standoffish, but I don't mind that. I don't think that he missed any bugs. The problem was the billing. These guys did not send a bill for three months, and just a day or two after I received the bill I got a threatening call from a debt collection agency saying that they were going to put a negative report on my credit if I didn't pay. I told them that I had only just received the bill, and they said that that is how Mid Atlantic Pest Services operates - they wait to send bills, and then immediately send everything to collection. They said that was their number one complaint from this company's customers. They said that they couldn't even tell me what I had used them for (I didn't remember at the time) because of "HIPAA regulations" (which is ridiculous). I was happy to pay, but I don't think that this company's threatening behavior was at all appropriate. I would definitely never use these guys again.

This company was outstanding to work with and I plan to continue using their services. They had no "coupon effect" (bad service for a bargain price) and have totally taken care of any pest problems in my house. The basement, although refinished, has always tended to draw spiders and other multi-legged things, and other than occasionally seeing one dead, they have totally stopped being a problem. Every previous year I've had ants invade my kitchen when the warm weather comes, and this year I haven't seen a single one. They call to schedule service and are totally accomodating to a change in plans.

Everything went great. MidAtlantic came on time and was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing; inspected throughout; spayed inside and out. Definitely will call again.

I had bees in the house and I wanted them gone before other workers to come. We corresponded through email and I told them that the problems were bees. When they came out they then told me that they couldn't do the work because bees are protected in our area.

It worked out great. There wasn’t anything that I disliked. They were very nice and polite. There seem to be a drop in the mosquito population. They showed up when they said they would. They were very professional.

After the three treatments, it was an improvement of no pests around the home. The company did not require a lot from me. They were flexible in timing and did a good job. I would hire them again if needed. However, there was one time they were suppose to show up but they had to reschedule at the last minute.

The service was fine. They were on time, and they were professional. They did not schedule follow ups.

The provider was punctual, professional, and friendly. I have also previously called them out between scheduled treatments for an additional evaluation and treatment and they were very courteous and responsive. No pest problems at present.

I only received 2 treatments and never heard back from the company. I am sure if I contacted the company they would come back out but it ended up getting too cold. The technician did do a fine job. I had a few scheduling difficulties and had to re schedule a time or two.

They didn?t do what they said they were going to do. But the treatment did work.

It went well. For whatever reason, the ants returned within 30 days. Company came back and re-treated the same portion of the building. As of 24-OCT-2014, we have been ant free ever since that last application.

Fairly well. There was excellent communication & the people were very nice. We has a ton of mosquitos, so it was hard to get rid of them all. The treatment worked OK. Next time I may think about beginning the treatment earlier in the summer.

I purchased a Big Deal to have three mosquito treatments. The first two schedulings went fine. They even worked with me to reschedule treatment # 2 due to the rain forecast. My back yard gets puddles when it rains which attract a lot of mosquitos. I requested they pay special attention to that area. I accidently sprayed lavender on a window screen and noticed a lot of mosquitos had later been found on the screen. I can imagine what would have happened if I had gone outside with a hint of scented lotion or spray. I don't know what happened; but, they did not come out for treatment # 3 that was scheduled. I've reached out to them via Angie's list message system and have yet to hear back from them. They would have gotten almost all "A's" had they responded. I know things happen, but I did pay for three treatments. It is now too cold to treat. The technician and the office personnel were both friendly and professional. I really liked that I could schedule all three appointments online. They responded and approved my appointment request online. /I'm sure it was an over site. I just would have liked to have gotten all treatments that I paid for.....which was three.

He used a bait caulking wherever ants were coming in, sprayed all around the ground floor inside, and sprayed the entire exterior of house at ground level. Everything seemed professional.

The spray itself works quite well. The yard was nearly uninhabitable because of mosquitos prior to spraying, and for three to four weeks after spraying, basically no mosquitos. Will definitely spray again next year. However, I won't use this company. Unreliable. Still waiting on my third spray session. The first session was great. Scheduled fast after purchase on Angie's List. Second spray was problematic. We schedule a month in advance. They didn't come on the day schedule. When I called they first indicated that they had come out to spray, but I was at home and I knew that to be false. Took over a week to reschedule, which was problematic as I was hosting a backyard wedding which was why I purchased the service in the first place. They finally sprayed and everything worked out well for the wedding. Third session was supposed to be a month later, but they never showed up or contacted me. It has just been over a month now since that second spray. At this point, no mosquitos really left so not worth a final spray this season. Overall, I would not use the company again. Found them unreliable and untrustworthy. Will find a different mosquito spray company for next year.

They did a good job. I purchased an annual pest control package and I've had them come out since the initial appointment.

The price was fair for what I got, but it's too soon to tell about the results of the spray. Scheduling was easy and they were right on time, and I would consider using them again. The one person that came out took about 45 minutes to finish.

It went well. Scheduling was easy, but they didn’t show up the first time so we had to reschedule. Once they came out, they did what they were supposed to do. They were responsive and professional.

My rental property was infested with insects. Roaches, ants, etc. According to 3rd parties that were in the house while the tenant was lviing there, she was a horder and the place was a complete mess...thus attracting insects. I purchased the deal through Angies list. The provider went out to the house promptly and provided a treatment. Shortly after the treatment I went to the house. There were still insects....You need to give the treatment a week to work...I was told by the service. After a week there still were insects. They came out again and did another treatment in mid-August. Yes, they promptly did the work. Yes, the promptly followed up. But after two treatments there still are bugs in the house.

They worked the whole time, excellent customer service. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they were upfront about everything.

Good service, reasonable price and good follow up to date.

They did not come out when I requested, and didn’t call me either. Because of this they didn’t spray where I wanted. It took almost 3 weeks to get them to come back out. When I finally had them come back and spray, the treatment worked. However, I lost one of my three sprays due to their irresponsibility. I’ll definitely be using someone else in the future.

The vendor came late and when he first arrived seemed to have an issue with removing his shoes and told me that he will have to go to wal- Mart after he serviced my house because he will have chemicals on his sock. As the homeowner living in the house, made me wonder how dangerous the chemicals he was using if he had to do all that. Also complained about How Angie's list does not do a good job explaining the fine prints and that his business was loosing a lot of money as a result. This vendor is also suppose to come back for a retreat and I have attempted to call him more than 4 occasions and I am continually told that someone from the office will call me back to schedule the appointment and no one ever does. I am still waiting to hear from them to come out and perform the retreat as the contract stated.

Provided helpful advice on area behind fence and suggested that it be repaired so as not to attract mosquitoes. let me know when he return. Very friendly

This was a general service call to get treatment started, the only minor concern that we had was some fruit flies inside. This solution didn't seem to have an immediate effect on our flies but within about two weeks they had dissipated.
