Description of Work: David Ormann arrived on time to do an appraisal on my father-in-laws home. He was very courteous and professional. He gave me an honest assessment of what the home was worth and what possibly needed to be done to improve the value of the home. He also promptly returned call and provided me guidance which was above and beyond what I had hired him to do! Great Job David!
