Their service was fine. I had no problems at all. Everything worked out quite well. They showed up on time. They finished the job quick. Everything looks really nice. The guys were really great. I was just elated with the work.

I have used them in the past and I would use them again.

They were easy to work with. They did good work.

It was a terrible experience that left us paying over $1,500 for a product we didn't want. They told us we couldn't cancel our order because it had already shipped and then it didn't come in for a month. They were unhelpful and seemed to take our money and run. They blamed everything on the manufacturer and here we sit with a pile of laminate flooring we don't need.

Their service was fine. They did what they were supposed to do and I had no problems.

I was well satisfied with the quality of the rugs and the cleaning was also satisfactory.

It was done well with a couple of exceptions. I asked to save a couple of pieces that were cut out for built-ins, but they said they didn’t have any waste. I find that difficult to believe because there are a lot of built-ins that they would have had to cut around. They were a little slow to respond but they were there when they said they would be.

They were great. They had good prices. They were able to install quickly. The installation went well. The guys that did the installation were really nice. In fact, I requested them again. Their selection and quickness stood out. We had to have our daughter's room painted, so we had to move all of the stuff out. We made the last-minute decision to have the carpeting done as well. I checked some companies. One place had really cheap carpet. One place didn't stick to the same price. This place was able to take care of it right away, and they installed it three or four days later. We ordered more carpeting from them for the master bedroom.

Overall all went as I requested, there was one area of the carpet installation that I was not happy with, I called and the next day the installers were at my door. Unforturnatly I had a prior appointment and was on my way out the door when they arrived, as they did not call ahead to confirm this visit. So if anything negative I could say is that I still have this little area of the installation that needs redoing, and I have to call again to have them come over again, but I am confident that it will be resolved promptly, as all my requests have been met to this date. I have purchased from Carpetland 18 years ago, I got a good price then and I believe I got a good price now. Especially for the additional 4 other area carpet that I also purchased. I'm happy!

The service went very well. The installers were on time, left no mess and worked hard when present at our house. We would recommend them to anyone.

Sales department was friendly and helpful, allowing floor samples to be taken home to ease choice. Salesman also informed us of $200 off coupon mailer that reduced price. Installation was easily scheduled, but did not receive promised call the day before to inform of us of the expected arrival time. The two man team arrived at 7:30 AM and completed job around 1:30 PM. The workers did not clean up well, leaving empty boxes and other scraps in driveway and yard. The step work required sawing and they did not put any drop cloths down resulting in sawdust all over downstairs carpet. They also did not have a shop vacuum for clean up. Walls along steps were gouged during removal of old flooring, but this may have been unpreventable. Caulking done on steps was sloppy in spots and missing in others. Work the behind refrigerator was incomplete; the last piece was not cut to fit. Workers were courteous, but overall the quality of work could easily be better with more attention to details.

GENTLEMEN WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND FAST. DID A GREAT JOB ON THE CARPET. I DO FEEL THEY SHOULD VACUUM THE NEW CARPET ONCE THE INSTALLATION IS DONE INSTEAD OF LEAVING THAT FOR THE CUSTOMER TO DO.

THE SALESMEN OF THIS COMPANY WAS NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN MAKING A SALE DUE TO BEING MONEY DRIVEN. HE WAS ALL ABOUT THE RIGHT MATERIAL FOR THE JOB, AND TOLD US THAT THE CHEAPEST CARPET POSSIBLE WOULD BE BEST FOR US. I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY.

THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THEY HAVE GREAT QUALITY CARPET. THEY WERE ON TIME AND GOT THE CARPET INSTALLED IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS PROVIDED FOR ME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THE WORKERS DID A GOOD JOB. I WOULD NOT ONLY USE THEM AGAIN, BUT ALSO I WOULD REFER THEM TO OTHERS. I DID HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEM TO SCHEDULE THE INSTALLATION THOUGH. THEIR PRICING TURNED OUT TO BE REASONABLE.

I WOULD SAY EXCELLENT COMPANY. THE CARPET WAS INSTALLED SO QUICKLY AND NEAT I WAS WELL PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME OF THE CARPET. I LOVE MY NEW CARPET, IT LOOKS GREAT IN THE HOUSE.

THEY PROVIDED GOOD, EFFICIENT WORKMANSHIP, & WERE PROMPT. THEY ARE EXCELLENT PEOPLE. THEY USED GOOD QUALITY MATERIALS & HAD GREAT CHOICES TO CHOOSE FROM.
