+ 4 moreThe project took place over 5 days and we were extremely pleased with the results. Timing was important to us as this is the only bathroom in the house; a complete remodel was done to our specifications within the time allotted. While the bathroom was/is small, it was a big job in terms of the amount of work that was done. Mark - the owner-even completed a change order on the last day at a reasonable additional charge. We are considering having our kitchen remodeled within the next 1-2 years and we will be using Andersen Woodworking again.
Description of Work: We own a rowhouse built in the 1950s. Bathroom floor tile, wall tile, tub and sink were original to the home and bathroom was in need of repair and remodeling. Bathroom was gutted, tub was removed and replaced, all floor and wall tile was removed and replaced, new wall fan installed venting to the exterior, new toilet, new sink, new vanity installed.
