Fast, friendly and fantastic service...My parents were long time PETRO customers; and my wife and I have been since 2000...They have installed a new furnace, regularly maintain it; and deliver our fuel oil...GREAT customer service and thy work hard to make everything right!

Oil delivery has been excellent. Their records and calculations have allowed them to make timely deliveries of home heating oil. I no longer have to watch the level in my oil tank and call as I had to do with my previous supplier. Delivery people are friendly and efficient. We also pay using a budget plan and this has worked well also. Each year we have one of their technicians maintain our furnace. The technicians are well trained and have all the parts needed to maintain our furnace. Very well pleased with their service.

Great tech utilized the covid 19 standardes, fixed the problem and was on time. Petro Oil always do an excellent job and stand by what they have done. Been with them over 48 years, even before they were Perto.

They installed the tank for free and service as much or little as needed. And their prices are competitive with other services. Staff are friendly and efficient. Glad I found them before I let the other company I had interviewed get away with ripping me off with their tank rental charges and high prices.

I have been with this company for 6 years. That say it all.

I requested various companies to give me a bid on the replacement of my oil fired furnace. I got my first bid from a company that I had used for over 40 years. I then requested a bid from Petro Oil. Petro Oil showed up promptly to review my old furnace system and give me a bid. The Petro sales rep was looking at my air conditioning unit as soon as he arrived. I told him that I needed a price on my furnace. He politely introduced himself and told me he was identifying the AC system so he could configure a proposal that included a properly sized fan that would be pushing the air for my AC unit during the summer. He then reviewed my furnace and quoted me two prices for different brand furnaces. Both bids were very competitive. I emailed my response early the next morning. He immediately responded. I inquired about service for the system and they immediately responded and offered me a $150.00 rebate on my first oil delivery if I would switch to there service. I scheduled the installation and got a call offering me a date sooner than I expected. This was during a time when night temperatures were dropping into the teens. The technician arrived early on the install date and installed the furnace. No problems. All items promised have been fulfilled. Petro delivered.

Incredible work. Technician diagnosed problem and Petro had the part overnighted and the system repaired the next day. My system is fairly complicated and I loved the fact that the technician said I am not leaving until I have fixed this. That commitment gave me great piece of mine as my previous service provider said they coudnt fix it.
