They did not provide the requested service (oil furnace tank refill) and gave no reason as to why until after the service was past due to have been completed and we were already without heat. We were left without heat in February and were forced to find alternate service providers in order to ensure adequate heating for our home.

The job required new pipes and an expansion tank, so it was more than installing one piece of equipment. All questions were answered (there were many) and the workmanship met my high standards.
