I got a same-day service appointment, but realized about an hour later that I did not need the technician to come (the problem was diagnosed by WSSC and was not a water heater problem but a plumbing issue). I canceled the appointment. Both Petro customer service agents were very nice and professional.

Issue with emailing confirmation has still not been resolved, but overall service is great.

The past 3 reps did different things to furnace. The furnace hesitated twice since the last service call.

It was great. I have a very old boiler and they send out knowledgeable mechanic to to the check up for it. And once the worker didn't know, another came in and fixed it. They deliver my oil and are very efficient.

They provide excellent service. They monitor when I am likely to need more fuel and do a hands off delivery system. I am also signed up for their price control program that protects me if prices spike. I have been with with company for 24 years and have always been well served.

They came 4 times and still didn’t fix it. They didn’t give us a detailed list of what was done and tried charging us $879 for the first time they came out and gave us a quote of $821 to come the 5th time to fix it. I called another company and it was $221 to fix including the diagnostic fee.

It was an emergency as I was having surgery and needed the air conditioner. Two teams were sent in and the work was completed in 1 day. The tank was replaced at a later date. Cleanup was perfect.

The repair was.never completed. A part was ordered but never I stalled after 4 visits. Instead of the repair, tried selling other appliances. After 3 months still not repaired correctly.

Different people, all good and went beyond duty in explaining things. One guy braved bad weather to make sure we had heat.

The service they provide is always fine but this company is a racket. They love to thank you 100 times for being a "loyal customer" but then they raise their rates on you and say oh that was the "introductory/promotional rate". Okay.... Don't think me for being a loyal customer and give me higher prices than someone who is a first time customer. You have to negotiate with these oil companies to get the best price possible. They make it this way though so 🤷♂️

It was fine. A few minor setbacks. Old condenser was seeping into the furnace. I had to get a new heat pump and condenser. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction and without a long delay.
