They keep my systems working well.
Description of Work: I have maintenance service contracts with them for my furnace, heat pump, hot water heater, and air conditioner. They do annual maintenance and come promptly if there is a problem. No problems so far this year. They also deliver oil to me.

Description of Work: WE have all of our heat and AC needs handled by Petro. I have service contracts on the heating and AC systems. They service both for me once a year. We purchase our oil from them. This past year they did a terrific job of installing a replacing a 42 year old ACD unit in the garage and outside to a separate room. Been using them for 40 years and always are very good.

Description of Work: I scheduled a time for a plumber to come out and looked at problem we were having. He cancelled the first appointment but came to the second, looked over the problem, and quoted a fair price. We then agreed on a date to do the work. Unfortunately, the date feel near a big snowstorm. I wasn't surprised when he didn't show, but was annoyed when he didn't call. I made one unsuccessful attempt to reach him in the days following. He never called back and I never heard from him or Petro again.

Description of Work: I had a contract to clean my furnance for years and when someone else came in to service the furnance it was filthy and not running at full capacity. This year oil has been very low and I have been charged the cap on the plan that I have so to me that is price gouging because the company is not paying top dollar for fuel oil.

Description of Work: Redid the roof after a tree hit it, painted rooms inside, replaced ceiling in kitchen with recessed lighting, installed wallboard and painted it in Family Room. Part paid for by insurance. Excellent multi skilled labor force!
