Mr, Roy was very prompt, professional, confident. He offer a good price. This was our first time talking with All-Pro. I really liked his system, luxaire, but in the end I decided on the Trane because of their track record.

Their sales people are great, but their office and managerial staff is awful. The sales is very attentive to any questions about the product, estimation, agreement and process. They were fine but they did not want a mechanical job. It took me four or five months to get them come out here and do the inspection.

It went well. The house is nice and warm.

Great work. Greater workers.

My experience with All Pro Services was O.K. Except they it seemed like a lot of pressure. A lot of follow up phone calls, emails, and letters. I was getting several estimates, so it was like I gotcha, I gotcha. Also the comments on the reviews on Angie's List made up my mind. It was kinda like a used car sales men.

Workers showed up on time with 4 trucks and about six workers. Team worked well together. Job finished within 2 days as promised.Work was neat and professional and workers cleaned up the site completely. New boiler and hot water heater working beautifully. I couldn't be more pleased with All-Pro's promptness, efficiency and professionalism.

I was having trouble with a prior company so I called them even when I was not their customer yet. I asked them questions on what I should be looking out for and what should have been done. The man I talked to spent thirty to forty-five minutes explaining to me what I should do. Then I hired them. They gave me a contract that was comparable to what I was paying. They are prompt. They are timely. They usually answer within the week that I call for an appointment.

I am a property manager and deal with many, many companies in order to handle various things which go wrong. I contacted All-Pro about 30 minutes ago as an AC unit was recently stolen. The woman who answered the phone, Louise, was very pleasant, professional and kind. She asked if she could place me on hold, and I said yes. Shortly thereafter she came back on the line and let me know she was going to transfer me, which she did. It was all down hill from there. The man answers the phone in a grunt, 'Yes'. I replied, and quot;Excuse meand quot;, he grunts again, in a clearly dissatisfied voice, and quot;Yesand quot;. I stated and quot;I was just speaking to a woman and I gave her all the information, did that make it to youand quot;, and he replies and quot;Something about something about somethingand quot;, I was shocked, asked for his name, and he said and quot;Billand quot; and hung up. Well, looks like Bill is listed here as the owner of the company and what a jerk!Stay away!

They're fantastic. They were on time and efficient. They didn't have the boiler in stock so they gave me a free upgrade with a more than one-year warranty. They had to move my water heater to put the new boiler in, and when my pilot went out a few weeks ago and came back out to fix it for next to nothing.

He told me he would make sure I was going to have a certain type of filter. Well he lied and i have been trying to get him to come to my house but he has been avoiding me.

It went very poorly, as I still have not been compensated for my out of pocket cost of fillingthe claims and he has not returned my check for $89.

Overall excellent job. They were prompt, professional and fair with their prices. Also called back a couple months later to make sure everything was going well. I recommend them 100%.

As I stated earlier I called for an appt. I was told there would be a fee for coming out. The serviceman arrived on time. He checked out our system. He told me he had the part needed (I believe it was the compressor). He repaired the air conditioning and left. I paid with credit card and was very satisfied.

All Pro has serviced my heat and AC for the past few seasons. I find them very reliable. Then, just last week I had them check the AC it was not cooling right upstairs. They did some basics --changed the filter and cleaned up the outdoor unit works much better. I was in the process of having some work done on the house and the unit had become very dirty--I should have known better. They recommended that I consider having my and quot;furnace coiland quot; replaced or another entire new unit because the AC does not cool upstairs as well as I would like. He told me my system did not work well because it was a hodge podge of different units that were not designed to work together. They sent me some proposals within a few days. I was very impressed with their knowledge and honesty in not pushing me to do something right away. Give them a call a good company. Ask if you can have Rick come out I was really impressed with him last week.

I was pleased with All Pro and would recommend them to friends. The crew was prompt and professional. I received a detailed quote and the job was completed as promised. For the same price as a competitor bid for the boiler alone, All Pro threw in a water heater and drilled an extra hole through the wall for our dryer vent. My only disappointment was that they dripped solder on our basement floor in a couple of places and sealed the dryer duct with an unattractive, bright red caulk (our brick is white), which they also dripped on our brick wall exterior in a couple of places. Otherwise, our overall experience was excellent.

From the outset, we found All Pro very easy to deal with and extremely professional. The salesman came to our house with documentation about the systems that they sold. He took measurements and gave us an estimate of what the work would cost and how long it would take. After getting other estimates, we decided to go with All Pro even though they were not the cheapest. We've learned that cheaper is often not...nay is almost NEVER better. The work was to last for three days and the crew arrived on time every morning. And even though the crew chief told us that the system was going to be complicated and he didn't know how he was going to fit it, the installation was done professionally and went without a hitch. The system has worked flawlessly since. We highly recommend All Pro Services.

Excellent! All Pro provided a free estimate, explained our options, and provided us with several choices at different price points. The installation went extremely well and within the day we had a working AC unit. They also extended us a free maintenance contract and contact me twice a year to provide a check-up. All Pro arrives on time and even gives a courtesy call when you are their next appointment. Highly recommended overall.

Very hot Monday morning in August called All Pro@ 7am because of good Angie List status as well as being close to the property. Was told they were making the schedule would call me to let me know where I was on list. I explained that there was a handicapped little girl at the property and they had been without AC all weekend.All Pro explained that I wold need to give them my credit card # and they could charge up to $300 on without my permission and anything over $300 they would call me to get permission. Well 10:30am I called them because I still did not know where I was on the schedule. they said I would be next and I chose to go to the property because I was uncomfortable about not being called before being charged $300. The tech-Rick arrived at 12:30 when he lifted the door of the furnance the AC unit immediatly came on but in an attempt to add insult to injury he then told everyone that could hear him that the furnance was not in compliance and that the flue for the heat was incorrect blah blah blah and he was tagging the unit for hazardous conditions. Mind you he was there for less than 2 minutes, a handicap girl and her family has lived there over 3 yrs, the property has been inspected by housing inspectors, gas company and fire dept but the tech says they don't know anything but he has 4 licenses.He wrote up a Danger Notice..for the heat but he is there to fix AC. I guess he was trying to intimidate me into getting a new unit. We go to upstatirs to turn the thermostat and the tenant had it set to 70 to try and get it to work but she normally has it set at 75 degrees. The thermostat is reading 89degrees and I asked the Rick to set the temp to 75 and he fought with me about that that we have to wait 5 minutes before the compressor would switch back on I said to him set it to 75 while we are waiting he insisted that it did not matter I set it 75 it immediately turned back on. Rick sat down to write ticket asked for my creditcard and goes into another room on the telephone I went into the room with him because I did not have a good feeling or trust Rick .I paid $89 and thankful that i went over there because Rick may have intimidated my tenant in person and me by phone by making a very minor loose wire into needing a new furnace and AC unit.

After two previous horrible experiences with contractors I was so skeptical about having work done again but my water heater was 19 years old and I knew I had to replace it. I researched Angies List, the BBB and also went on the word of an inspector that I know who said All Pro was a good company. I called Bill and he was very professional, gave me a quote and also warned me that it would be extra if they had to widen the hole for the pipe which had to be done so I knew what to expect. They called the morning of August 2nd to let me know they were on their way. They were timely, took great care in cleaning up and were very understanding about my being worried. The hot water heater works great, the work they performed was very professional and I have hired them as my maintenance contractors for my furnace and air conditioner. I highly recommend this company.

Did it fine the first time. Required several days. Lots of tear down that went fast. Tons of soldering copper pipe for a multi-zone system. It was a new Burnham model that made a loud roaring noise after a month or so. They came back right after I called, worked with the manufacturer to fix it. Did. Reasonably neat, quick and thorough. Did not succeed in fixing the hot water line garbling, but made a good try at it. Didn't tear up too much ceiling in repairing the piping.

The man came very promptly after being called. He checked everything out and said it did not appear to him that we needed a new furnace. But he suggested we get a CO detector and check it out when we start it up again next fall.

I needed to have my A/C checked for the summer. I noticed the All-Pro truck at a neighbors and wrote their number down. Called made an appointment easily and promptly. They showed up timely and were very professional. They checked my air filter, safety controls, thermostat, amp, electrical, motors, oil leaks, refrigerant, coils, and volt. Everything was fine except I needed refrigerant. I knew that because I have a slow leak that I am nursing as long as I can before having to purchase a new A/C system. The check up was $89 and freon $90 very reasonable in my opinion based on some of the costs I saw when checking angieslist. I would use them again and I higly recommend them to you.

Excellent experience. Our ancient furnace died, and another contractor (who was there to service it) told us it couldn't be salvaged and recommended we get a new one. We got estimates from several companies, including All Pro, who were recommended by my neighbor. All Pro's price was extremely competitive, and their owner (Bill Royston) seemed honest and knowledgeable. I gave them the go-ahead by late afternoon, and they offered to install the next day, which was a huge benefit since we had been without heat for several days already. The install went extremely smoothly. The crew were very professional and knowledgeable too.

Came home from work and discovered that our air conditioner was not working. Outdoor unit was making a humming sound, but fan was not working, and no cool air was blowing indoors. Initial call to All-Pro at 7:00 PM was answered by an actual person, which was very nice. My name and phone number was taken, and I was told a technician would call me back shortly to make an appointment. Call back from technician came around 9:30 PM, and appointment was set for between 7 AM and 10 AM the next morning. Tech called about 7:30 AM in the morning, and arrived around 8:00. Jerry (the tech) was right to the point - he checked the outside unit and almost immediately found that it was a bad capacitor that was preventing the compressor and fan from starting. He found a replacement capacitor in his truck, gave me the price (for the part and the service fee), and made sure I was willing to continue with the repair before proceeding. Once the capacitor was replaced, the unit started up fine, and he checked the freon levels and made sure the unit was cooling properly. Jerry paid a lot of attention to details - making sure the new capacitor was properly attached (it was a different physical size from the old one) and wouldn't rattle, did some basic cleanup, and neatly arranged all the wires back into place. For an emergency repair, I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and the timeliness of the tech arriving. Next morning service is very difficult to find for air conditioning repairs, in my experience. I would definitely call All-Pro Services again to take care of my HVAC system.
