Now check this out... The professional conversation initiated last week with All Pro Services office management. Communications were very polite and reassuring. I promised management that if the multiple installations and services were performed "as promised," I would be obligated to share my experience. Well... Their "APS" Team arrived on time. Here's where (75%) of my personal satisfaction approval rating begins. The team of Mr. Thomas, Tom, James, Jamar, and another very sharp young man reminded me of how the Chicago Bulls achieved their 6 UNBELIEVABLE League Championships Rings, when women's basketball was on the rise above the radar. We Love the WMBA! Now understand this. To the the office manager (Ms. Donna), Yes. You've earned this championship team rating for far exceeding our expectations. Instead of the hvac, heat pump, water heater, new thermostat, and FIVE carbon monoxide alarms requiring AN INSTALL OF 7 to 8 HOURS... These experts finished everything in under 5 or 4.5 hours! That has got to be a record the ACH&P League gives Championship Rings for. This team came with their game face on and performed with zero hiccups or delays. Wow. Thank you Dream Team for exceeding our expectations, way, way beyond what we could imagine. "And did I forget to mention how polite and professional these men were?" I sincerely promise that my referrals shall continue to flow and keep flowing with only one requirement. Don't add or compromise having the team synergy (supportively working as one system). I watched you closely, and you have this down to a science. You've all earned "30 Stars Ms. Donna!" Absolute PERFECTION.

First things first, I called initially regarding a leak within my A/C unit. Things seemed to run fine, except a week and a half later the leak persisted. So I called again. ‪Please tell me how your HVAC technician couldn’t find or figure out where my line runs out to in my house and then failed to reconnect the connection between my thermostat and A/C Unit before he left? He was called out twice. TWICE. & he did the BARE MINIMUM to fix the problem that he was called out to do TWICE‬. I called to speak to the “financial department” and the lady told me that she would not be able to give me a refund, because ‘they came out and did a service’. What service!? My question is, how are you doing a service if a service wasn’t done? I literally called a family connect who came out, and fixed what your tech was called to do in a matter of minutes. MINUTES. Including, finding where my lines filter out to. Let’s not forget that your lazy tech did a walk around the same area and stated, ‘I would do more but I can’t figure out where your line runs to.’ I want my money back and I can guarantee you that I will not be using your services ever again.

We are long-time customers of All-Pro and have had both ups and downs, but our most recent experience convinced us to move on and file an official complaint. On June 26th our AC went down. We called All-Pro the morning to setup a service. The answering service paged the technician on call -- Bill -- to call us back and arrange an appointment. He tried twice in an hour and failed to get through both times. The first call was missed because the answering service transcribed our number wrong, the second call was missed because we just missed getting to the phone in time. We called back immediately, and emphasized we now had the phone in hand and were awaiting the call. Bill never called back. We paged him repeatedly. He never called back. When we finally got through the next day he explained, as he yelled at my wife, that he was punishing us for missing his call. (To summarize: we missed one call; the other was due to the answering service's mistake). He then hung up. We paid for priority service. What we got instead was no service, because Bill decided he didn't like us. Some of the techs at All-Pro we've dealt with have been fine, but this tech should not be allowed to interact with customers. The conclusion to this story is that we called a local company, they came and quickly fixed the issue. We are now going to be working with this new company, instead of All-Pro, for a more extensive new unit installation this summer. We are cancelling our subscriptions to All-Pro and will be asking for a refund. We will be filing a complaint about the money we paid for priority service when the reality is that the service is entirely at the discretion of the tech's mood. Be wary if you work with this company, especially if Bill is on call.

A big disappointment. I received a letter from All Pro regarding a heating checkup at $89. I called to schedule an appointment last week. The customer service individual set my appointment for today, October 22, 2018. The time was stated as "late morning". When I asked what time that might be, I was told between 10am and 11am. I waited until 3pm today for the Technician. They did not show. So I called the 866 number and was put on hold. I was obviously transferred to another person who answered and again put me on hold saying they had to take care of another customer. When the individual returned in short she said they had no appointment for my address for today or any other day. Her manner was defensive and rude. I've used this company a number of times before. That's over after this experience. There are too many company's out there are not rude on the phone. I wasted a day at home due to their poor management.

Bill Royston of All-Pro Services was able to come out within a few days, examined the existing system, and provided the most detailed estimate that we received. He explained why his solution to the position of the vents was a bit more complicated but better. His follow-up crew was able to provide additional details on how they would handle some additional electrical work. The work was started within a few days and completed in a timely manner. We had working AC at the end of the first day, which was very much appreciated. The clean-up was complete and everything was left in good shape. I was impressed by the size of the crew and their ability to work on all aspects of the project at the same time. They worked hard and long and did a great job, including a lesson on using the new thermostat. We went from never being comfortable to always being comfortable.

Jerry, the service technician advised that the unit was leaking refrigerant and recommended using a "sealant" to correct the problem. I didn't feel comfortable with this option because the unit is ONLY 5 YEARS old. As a result, I did some research and found that Lennox has a known issue with refrigerant coil leaks for my model and was involved in a class action lawsuit in 2014. All Pro Services did not inform me about the known coil leak issues. After following up with All Pro the next day, I was told that I would receive a return phone call about follow-up service to identify the leak. The call was never returned, as a result I’ve been in the house suffering all weekend in 85+ degree temperatures with no air conditioning. Overall, All Pro Services does not stand behind the products sold and is only interested in making a quick sale!

I think there should have been some type of discount based on the 2nd repair was within a short time from the 1st repair and it was in the same exact spot as the 1st leak.

Excellent. Technician was punctual and very knowledgeable. Service was addressed without delay and any concerns I had about carbon monoxide investigated thoroughly. Price was just as quoted on phone.

They did a fantastic job, they actually responded the same day that I called them and came back and made the repair and when it didn't work they came back and ordered a new warranty and did another repair that wasn't originally identified.

Unfortunately the entire experience was horrific, I had been given a call on 11/11/2015 at 9:45am that I had missed because of a meeting at work, I preferred to be contacted by email because I am at work during those hours, nonetheless I returned the call back and spoke to an older woman and she went over all the details of the services rendered. When we had gotten down to pricing she told me that this visit would be $94 and this covers what would be done during diagnosis. After she spoke I mentioned to her that I had had a coupon from Angie's List and I would like to use it, she quickly replies "I know all about it ok, hold on for one moment". After she came back she said "Now your total is $79 and the technician will accept payment at the time of visit". I said ok, no problem. Around 2:03pm that day I received another call this time is from a gentleman and he wanted to be certain that my visit was on schedule and pricing was correct. I stated that yes I am aware and my cost is $79 for the entire visit. He stopped me mid sentence and stated that was incorrect, I said sir I was given this quote from the caller in your offices. "She doesn't know what she quoted you!! The price is $94 plus repair services!" I said sir the "woman I spoke with gave me this quote and now your calling me to change it?" Arent I the customer? He said that is the price. So I countered with no thank you if I cant be honored with the quote given to me I can go somewhere else. HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Never again will I render services such as this unorganized excuse of a business!!!!! PLEASE DON'T CALL HERE......ITS COMBATIVE!!!

This is rental property therefore I requested All-Pro Service contact me when the installer was on his/her way. The installer called when he arrived at the property but that was fine because he still had to wait until the delivery of the air conditioner arrived. He started his work until the gentleman arrived. Once he arrived Mr. Thomas went on with the installation. Afterwards he ensure that it was working properly and clean up all his work items. He was very professional and work until the job was done.

Technician came in did a tuneup on heater. Said it was in good shape for a 17-year-old gas furnace. He was very talkative and did a good job. We signed a contract so that his company good tuneup on our air conditioner in the spring. In the contract, they said they would initiate the call to turn up The air conditioner. By early June, they have not called. We called them to make an appointment. They came and tuned up the air conditioner. Said it was in good shape. All technicians have been friendly and professional. Plan to continue to use them.

The guys were in by 8:30a and out by 4:00p. There were three gentlemen on the crew and they worked without a lunch break. They were professional, courteous and knew their stuff. When they left, you wouldn't have known they were there other than the house was cool. Not a spot on the floor, not a screw on the floor and the old system disappeared.

I called to schedule a service call and was provided an appointment on the following day. Rick called on the day of the appointment 1 hr before showing up to notify us he was on his was. Rick diagnosed the issue on our outdoor A/C unit and provided a price to fix the problem. Within 1 hr, our unit was back up and running and everything was back to normal. The services provided were to my satisfaction and everything was done in a timely manner. I turned out to need a new fan motor which cost $695.00. Great service, punctual and professional.

The utmost professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone.

They were very professional. They were reliable. They were on time. They were respectful. First of all I have some concern about the heating system that i got. Am not so sure on the level of technology about it. their price was competitive.

I called the company and Bill Royston came out on the scheduled day that was both agreed upon. I was given options and pricing. I had to go through my homeowner insurance and Bill Royston was very accommodating and flexible and this was VERY good for what I wanted done and the pricing. Bryant Air Conditioning Condenser, Outside A/C Unit, New Honeywell Thermostat, Cooling Coil, Outdoor Amp Fused, Whip, and Pad foundation. The installers and office called before they arrived and they arrived within the time quoted. They finished within the estimated time frame, and went over the operation of the new equipment and the warranties before they left. The installers were very courteous and professional. They cleaned up and hauled away all the old equipment. I am pleased with the handling of this project and will keep All Pro Service as my go to company and refer them to anyone who wants outstanding services.

It started out well when my AC unit went out and i called to get an appointment and was scheduled for the next day. I was given a window of 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM so i took off of work to make the service call and waited until 4:00 PM with no call from the company (which had my home and Cell number) so i called the office to see if someone was coming out. I was told the tech was on his way to 2 different appointments and would be at my house around 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM. I waited until 6:30 PM to call back to the office as they close at 7:00 PM to see if anyone was coming to our house, my information was taken and I was told that the On-call manager would give me a call (which i never received). I waited to about 7:30 PM and searched Angie's List for another company to come out to check my AC system and found a company to come out that night but with special emergency pricing. As soon as i hung up from making the emergency appointment with another company a dispatcher from All-Pro Services, INC called and said that the technician was 20 minutes away, so at that point i had to call the other company back and cancel the emergency appointment. The All-Pro Services, INC tech did not arrive to my house until 8:20 PM with what seems to be a bad attitude (to a certain extent i understand about working a long day) but the tech was not really interested in fixing my problem kbut wanting to get out of there as quickly as possible. After looking at the filter the tech went outside to the AC unit and checked out there. The Tech then called me outside and told me the Freon was very low and that they could replace it for $190.00 a pound (the going rate that Angie's List has was $99.00 to $175.00) and i would need about 3 pounds. I asked about if it was a leak or anything the tech said that to check for leaks would take a very, very long time and would be very expensive (almost like he didn't want to do it, so just tell me whatever to not make me want it attitude). So i opted for the adding of Freon at the outrageous price. The house was cooling all night and in the morning cool air was not blowing and the temperature in the house was going back up. I would probably have called All-Pro Services, INC back today and have them install a new AC unit if the experience was not so bad dealing with them already. I will never do business with them or recommend them to anybody.

They fixed the leak, unclogged some pipes and replaced some filters. Service was provided on the same day and they were pretty quick to show up. A++++++

It went fine. So far the system works great.

Everything went really well. They were very good. They actually fixed it after multiple attempts by the guy that installed the unit. All Pro found that it had been installed incorrectly, added proper ducting, and reinstalled it the right way.

Bill Royston responded to my call and we set up an appointment for an estimate within the same week. He called prior to his arrival and arrived for the appointment on time which was well appreciated. He provided more than one estimate option. His estimates were within the range of others I had obtained, (not the lowest or the highest), but I liked his professionalism and straighforwardness, therefore, I chose All Pro for the project. Bill was very flexible with the times to install the furnace and, I chose to have it installed less than a week after I decided to hire them. The installers called before they arrived and arrived within the time quoted. They finished within the estimated timeframe, and went over the operation of the new equipment and the warranties before they left. The installers were courteous and professional. They cleaned up and hauled away all the old equipment. I am pleased with the handling of this project and will keep this company in my phone list for others that may need their services.

Our ac unit stopped working over the past weekend and we contacted All Pro. We spoke with an operator who took our information and told us a technician would get back to us shortly. Within 24 hours, we were contacted and an appointment was set up for the 26th of August. Jerry responded and was able to get the ac unit working immediately. He checked the coolant and determined it was a couple of pounds low. He topped the coolant off and showed me how to keep the unit clean during the off season. I watched him the entire time he was there. He explained everything as he went. I'm pretty sure he cut me a break on his time. I'll use them again this fall to inspect our furnace.

They installed a new air conditioning system. They explained things very well and did not pressure us to buy more. They were on time and pleasant to deal with. It was a very positive experience.
