Appointment made late Saturday night after waiting 12 hours for ARS who did not show up or call. Mr. McCain called to confirm appointment for 9 to 10 AM Sunday. He got here at 9:05AM. Checked my upstairs HACV unit got me squared away in less than one hour. Will add his contact info to our HOA website as recommended vendor.

Brought Triple Ice in for a 2nd opinion. I found my assigned Technician "Steve" to be timely, knowledgeable and personable. Steve came up with a similar diagnosis, but recommended a far less expensive solution that worked like a charm. A one-year work guaranteed was also provided. If I ever have a problem again, I be sure to call Triple Ice first.
