Stevie came out and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will hire him again, and again, and again. Excellent job! I was so happy to hear the sound of my heating system working!

To make a long complaint short, Stevie w/Triple Ice @ Cavendisd Dr. is my HVAC technician & should be yours too. Extremely good price for my jacked up A/C. Before I could walk around the block Stevie was finished. Tell your friends to tell their friends. Mr. McCain is a friendly professional with decades of experience, I wish him well. My experience was wonderful. Others price quotes, cost 5 times the amount I paid. The truth is I don't give out 5 stars, but this time, Triple ICE deserved it. I usually don't do reviews, but I like giving credit when it's due. Looking for a HVAC technician? I hope U call him, I will call him back again, until given reason not to. I don't play when it comes to in my home service, they bets to deliver satisfactory others wise I will move on down the road. Kudos to Mr. McCain. My first time with him & my first impression, really impressed me. I pat my self on the back for the service choice I made, got me on a natural high. I'm asking myself, what am I going to do with the money I saved with Stevie?

A tree company ground a stump near my outside unit and clogged it so that it stopped working. I needed someone ASAP since temps were in the 90s. Stevie came NEXT DAY and solved the problem. Stevie came to my home within a few hours notice. We had an issue with the heating. Temps had dipped below 50 degrees the night before. The house was noticeably different and cooling. Stevie shown up with his 30 years of HVAC experience and had only seen my issue one other time. He was professional, polite, and courteous to my property. All on a holiday. If you don't consider this professional based on my account. I hope you have someone better in mind. It'll be a tough sale for me to convince you otherwise. He's the real deal.

Quickly and courteously diagnosed and fixed problems with our HVAC system, and gave advice for better heating and cooling in our back room. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Although I had an evaluation and estimate from another business, and was just looking for an estimate, Triple Ice attempted to repair the furnace first. When that did not work, they were able to replace the furnace the next day at a better price point.

Showed up earlier. Very nice plumber. gave a reasonable price to install pieces of the furnace flue pipe that I bought. Save me cost for parts.

Mr. Stevie came out on Friday to fix our A/C, he replaced a capacitor and about an hour after he left, the a/c stopped working. I called and emailed but did not hear back since he was due to come out on Sunday to complete the A/C repair as he had to disconnect out stove from the circuit breaker and connect the air, I waited. He came out earlier and reconnected the circuit breaker-a separate charge and the check the a/c, which came on since we had it off for two days after it stopped working. Now, the A/C is not working again, I have left two voicemail messages for Mr. Stevie and hopefully, we hear back. It has been a frustrating process and I am hoping he comes out Monday to fix the issue/change the capacitor as I suspect this new one is defective. I hope I can change this review once he contacts us and the repairs are done and the a/c works for at least 24hrs without giving up. update: Mr. Stevie was here 6/9/20 and I had to call again on 6/10/20 for the same issue. I have not gotten a callback or email response today 6/11. I am hoping he is able to respond via email or phone and give me a timeframe at the very least. I understand if he is busy, however, we need our air running, Luckily the weather has been nicer. 7/10/2020 Same issue and I still cannot get Triple Ice to respond.
