Discovered water coming in and eventually rotting the wallboard, studs, etc. Had to replace entire wall. Called them about the issue, they sent a rep. He said it was the chimney's fault, it was leaking. Not so, opened the wall and ceiling and had another roofer come spray water on the chimney, nothing, no leak. Then sprayed water on the cricket, water came in. Exterior Medics would not admit any fault. Had it repaired, no leak, no problem since then. Had recommended to a friend, never gain, he also had a bad experience. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK AND A COMPANY HAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK."

"On May 5, 2019 our driveway was repaved. We were very happy with the way the water was running off our driveway. We no longer had puddles. Fifteen months later, however, the driveway was shedding asphalt. The original driveway we had for over 22 years did not have loose asphalt. We noticed that loose asphalt was attaching to our shoes and showing up on our wood floors. Adam came out and fixed the areas that were gouged from the mail carriers truck. He suggested we keep our driveway closed off for 90 days which we did. After 90 days we continued to have trouble with the upper part of the driveway and loose asphalt. Adam came out and looked at the driveway again and suggested sealing the driveway. Our driveway was sealed on 6/30/21 (Covid-19) prevented it from happening sooner. Unfortunately, the upper part of the driveway is still crumbling."

Masonry uses units like bricks, cement blocks, and stone with mortar between them. Mortar is generally made of sand and a type of cement. Examples of masonry include the brick or stone on a house, chimney, or freestanding wall. Concrete is a mixture of water, sand, stone aggregate, and other materials, and is poured into forms or moldings. Most exterior masonry work done in freezing temperatures tends to cost more because of the preparation and protection involved to keep the masonry from freezing before the mortar cures properly. With veneer masonry, the walls support the weight of the masonry products rather than the masonry being built on a concrete footing. Solid masonry is a wall or other brick or stone structure built on a concrete footing, and the masonry supports itself.
