"We had an excellent experience working with Mike Erickson and his team from DC Patio. They removed the old concreate patio at the back of our house and installed a new large flagstone patio. They installed a new front stoop and a new front walkway. They performed a new drainage installation. They installed new footings for the deck posts and added decorative gravel under the deck area. They improved the back lawn grading. The quality of job is great. We highly recommend Mike and his team."

The price was a little higher than other bids, but he presented the most professional ideas, demonstrated experience, and we were very confident with PVI. His crew was great, and they did a beautiful job. It was finished last November just before the weather got cold. We asked him back in the spring to trim up some of the concrete edges when were doing some landscaping and he came back out and finished it off.
