Overall, I was very pleased with the service. I would use Mr. Weinstein again.

Discovered the problem at 8 A.M. I checked Angie's list and Called the company at 11 A.M. Tech returned my call at 1:30 P.M. and was here by 2:00 P.M. They had the clog out and the dishwasher was up and running in 20 minutes. Both service techs were friendly and answered my questions about repair vs. replacement on several of our other appliances.

He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I could not imagine the repair going any smoother. I would very strongly recommend A Weinstein!

Excellent! He was prompt, and professional. He even showed me how to light the pilot light so I can do it in the future and not have to make a service call.

Everything was great! They answered the phone when I called instead of having to speak to an answering machine. They said a tech would call me that evening to set up an appointment. He showed up the next day on time and fixed the problem. Everyone was pleasant and everything was taken care of within 24 hours. It was much higher than my expectations.

This guy knows his stuff and gets right to business. I was very pleased that they were able to help me right away. The two other companies that I called could not come sooner than one week later (during time I would have been without a refrigerator/freezer).

He was outstanding. Came quickly, did a terrific job and I was very pleased with the work.

Prompt call-back and next day service call. Diagnosed problem quickly. Could have been a little more professional; difficult to talk with on his blue tooth headset on the road, unneeded comments about supply house clerk competence when checking on parts. Returned following day with replacement part from supplier and installed and tested it thoroughly. Very reasonable price for job.

The price was under what he quoted it would be. He was a bit late, but I ve had people be much later than him. It was a pleasant experience considering the fact that we had a refrigerator that was busted and he actually came out to fix it. I can say that I was very happy with him and would recommend him to others.

I love my Jenn-Air so much, but the only drawback is when it needs repaired. It is very difficult to find someone who is very knowledgeable about them. I can always count on Mr. Weinstein. He is very professional and know that product, very well.

We have used their services in the past. We are familiar with the high quality of service they provide. The owner lives close and can stop by on his way home. He is always prompt, personable and honest.

I was desperate to find someone to repair my clothes dryer at the last minute on a Friday, as I was trying to pack and leave on a trip the next day. They squeezed me in to their already full schedule, which I greatly appreciated. They came promptly, showed me the problems, and fixed it quickly. I might have saved a few dollars with my regular repair folks, but they couldn't come until the following week.

Washing machine broke on Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend, called Mark Weinstein and he advised he would contact me if in the area over the holiday weekend. Saturday he called and had the washer repaired by 1PM that day! Without extra surcharges for the holiday as well. Washing machine had to be cleaned and debris/ lint cleaned from motor, and Mark was very thorough before leaving the repair. During the repair, I was very impressed with how he attempted to offer telephone assistance to others calling for repairs, advising each caller what might be done to avoid the cost of a repair call. Mark was very polite and would highly recommend him to others.

See above. I was extremely happy with the service I received. I got the company's name from a colleague and have passed it along to a neighbor who was having major trouble getting a washing machine repaired by Sears. (They said they couldn't come for 2-3 weeks.)

He checked everything and took out everything and ordered the part. He said he thought it might be something else as well as that part. So he ordered the other part as well. He couldn't have been nicer.

Extremely rude over the phone. Had an antique stove that I needed fixed and he said I should toss it. Folks on this list say it's great, he always has his headset on but he can't hear anything. He was incredibly frustrating to try and make an appointment with, and ultimately I had to find someone else.

Once washer was leaking, called service from the manufacturer/store. They were unable to come for 1.5 weeks later. Tried another repair company; repairman came but was clearly un-knowledgeable and unable to open the washer. We came up with Mr. Weinstein's number from a friend consulting Angie's List. He was able to come on a Sunday due to another cancellation. He came on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable, was able to open the washer. He quickly diagnosed the problem as the water pump and successfully repaired it despite the very limited working area in our laundry room. Price seemed very reasonable the labor and part involved.

Mr. Weinstein arrived within an hour of our call. He charged $120 to come out for an estimate. This price was a little higher than some of the other companies we contacted, but he was one of the few available to come out on Christmas eve. Our refrigerator had stopped working suddenly, while our dishwasher had not worked since we moved into the house (8 months). Mr. Weinstein diagnosed the problem and advised us that we might need a new part but was willing to attempt defrosting the unit and using some ''technical maneuvers'' before ordering a new part. It worked! He also looked at our dishwasher (which we had not mentioned when placing the order) and quickly discovered a simple mounting error committed by the dishwasher installers. Two erroneously placed screws had prevented the unit from working. He removed the screws and tested the dishwasher at no charge to us. He then gave us general maintenance and operating suggestions to get the most out of our appliances, all within 2 hours!

I got back from a 2-week vacation last night to find an awful smell and everything in my side-by-side Kenmore fridge/freezer spoiled. Apparently it stopped working while I was gone. I called Weinstein at 8:30 am Saturday and he arrived about an hour later. The compressor had stopped working and wouldn't re-start by itself. He said it was impossible to tell whether the problem was the starter or the compressor itself. He used a "hard start kit" and got the compressor working, and said I'll know in a few days if that fixed the problem (if the problem is the compressor, it will stop working again, and at that point I should replace the fridge). Very friendly and efficient, he explained what he was doing, and why, and what I should be looking out for. Although he wasn't able to guarantee that the problem is fixed, he was optimistic. I was very pleased, and will absolutely call him again in the future.

Fabulous. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness, helpfulness, honesty and especially the price. I had the same problem with my Maytag washing machine a year ago and paid three times the amount to have this problem fixed. Terry did not sell me anything I didn't need and was not out make a killing on this repair. He was honest! Told me I had a great machine and that I should not under or overload the machine as this will cause it to go out of balance which made the sensors go out of alignment. All that was needed was to adjust the sensor. This took less than five minutes. The same problem I had last year I was charged $175 by someone else and they sold me a new switch which I probably didn't need. I must add that I called in the morning and they were out immediately, very accommodating.

When I called, Mark answered the phone (he has a headset on at all times so that he is really easy to reach). They already were headed to my area on another service call so they stopped by my house on their way there. They easily diagnosed the problem, were knowledgeable, and professional. The work was completed quickly. The only thing that I am unsure of is whether the price I paid was a fair price for replacing an igniter.

I was extremely pleased. The owner answered the call right away, asked detailed questions about the problem, came out the same day, and fixed it quickly.

Excellent. Responded in a timely fashion. Very reasonable charge. Did not try to sell me on an expensive repair. Allowed me to send a check afterwards since we had a babysitter let the repair man in the house.

The price is not representative, because I have a home warranty. He called me shortly after I made the request, arrived quickly after, explained what he did and what I needed to do.

Seems to be a small one-or-two-man-operation. The owner wears an earphone/cellphone and answers his calls immediately. With a large, strong helper, Mark Weinstein, who is slight of build assessed and completed the job correctly and professionally. He came in about an hour from when I finally got to his name from Angie's List, was here before noon. Mr. Weinstein did a quick and thorough job as he had an extra heater that would fit my fridge on his truck. His helper brought it up speedily. He was a tad more expensive than I had expected or wanted but as he came out before everything had thawed, or gone bad I couldn't gripe too much.
