We never called this business, but low and behold, I see the owner and one of his employees standing in my foyer. (Mind you my door is unlocked due to friends coming over - before anyone gets on me for having a door unlocked.) My dogs scared them off and as they left (without saying anything before leaving); they tried to walk away and play it off. He apologized and said “they went to the wrong house.” So you would just walk into your clients house unannounced? I’ve never used them and I never will. What business had their workers walk into someone’s house without warning, knocking, etc. Very poor business taste. Be careful!!

Called Mr. Weinstein and he came out the same day. Service was great! He was able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue. Removed a softball sized ice ball and showed me the steps he was taking along the way. Very knowledgeable.

Talk to him on the phone, told me what to to to solve the problem myself.

He was out several times with it, and didn't charge us at all. It wasn't nothing he could do. We ended up replacing the refrigerator, which was one of his suggestion.He has been very fair with the price with us.

Mr. Weinstein asked about the problem and asked for the dryer model information on the phone. He came out the same day (Saturday) with the needed parts on hand. The work was done quickly and completely. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely call him again.

I was on a conference call for the entire visit, but I had let them know that would be the case before hand. The repairman arrived, I showed him to the washer, and he fixed it without any spoken words or loud noises to interrupt the call. (We exchanged a few notes and gestures. He seemed like a nice guy.)

It was an excellent job all around. Called me back the same day I contacted them on Angie's list, which was a Sunday, and came out first thing the next morning to fix the dryer. He knew immediately what was wrong, got the part on his truck and was done in under 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this service call from beginning to end. My refrigerator stopped working suddenly and everything in my freezer had thawed. On Friday morning I began calling around to providers on Angies List. The first provider I called I got their voicemail and when they called me back gave me an ETA of 3 days before they could come out. The 2nd provider I called was one I used in the past but I had luke warm interactions with them because it normally takes a long time to get them out and their communications are spotty. This time they gave me a 4 day ETA before they could come out and that was not guaranteed. I continued to search and found a listing for Mr. Weinstein with great reviews. One reviewer noted that Mr. Weinstein returned his call very quickly and came out within 24 hours. So I gave Mr. Weinstein a call right away and he immediately answered the call and immediately took my information and said that he could be out in a few hours. Mr. Weinstein actually arrived about an hour after my initial contact. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and took the time to educate me as homeowner on proper appliance maintenance. He also came prepared with repair parts in hand in order to be able to complete a repair immediately instead of just coming out for a quote. Additionally, when the first service provider called me back I told them that I had found someone who could come out sooner and when they asked me who, I told them Mr. Weinstein and they also endorsed him and told me that I was going to be in good hands. It says a lot when you get an endorsement from a competitor. Besides my primary residence I also own rental properties and going forward will ONLY use Mr. Weinstein for my appliance repair needs.

This company was so nice to work with from the initial contact to the actual visit. The service man was very pleasant, knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

I called after 5 pm on a Tuesday and left a message with Mr. Weinstein specifying the problems I'd been having with my oven. He returned my call that evening and was able to schedule a visit for the afternoon of the next day. He actually called my Wednesday morning and was able to fit me in that morning. Mr. Weinstein was punctual, came in and went right to work, explaining what was likely the problem (faulty ignitor). Service took about 30 minutes, he was in and out with no muss or issue. Also, I mentioned I'd seen a coupon on his website and he gave me the credit without question. I will definitely call him again if I have any issues - my oven is running better than it has since I moved into this house 8 years ago! Oh, and it now takes <15 minutes to preheat to 425 degrees - an incredible improvement.

Helpful on the phone during initial call. Suggested turn off water line while awaited repair. They ordered part ahead of time and brought it to the service. On-time for service. Fixed. Pleasant to work with (Terry). Will use them again.

Discovered the problem late at night, called about 9:00 the next morning, by 3:00 or so it was fixed. He knew just what the problem was, had the part with him, and was very efficient and pleasant. Will definitely call them again.

)Marc was amazing. Can't say enough! One of the best experiences I've ever had with an appliance guy. Had been dealing with a warm refrigerator and called him about the problem. He was completing another job yet offered to come that same afternoon to see what was up. Was here within the hour - diagnosed the issue (bad control board) and replaced it right on the spot. Even had the control board on the truck. Nicest man to deal with and very professional/knowledgeable.Would recommend in a heartbeat. No kidding! Would definitely use him again.

He comes when he says he will, is very straightforward, and does his job the way he says he will.

I called Mr. Weinstein on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend at 5:15 pm (when else does a dryer break than when you're packing to go out of town and have two wet loads of laundry?) when my dryer quit out. He was the seventh or eighth Angie's List service provider I called, and the only one who both answered the phone after hours and was able to come out before the long weekend. That in and of itself was invaluable! He is very personable and clearly knows his stuff - he's been doing this work for 30 years. He replaced a few parts on my dryer in no time and was a pleasure to chat with as he worked. Highly recommend.

I called Mr. Weinstein at around 8:45 in the morning. He answered the phone and said he'd call after his first job. At 9:20 he was at my front door ready to work. Two repairmen quickly deduced that the heating element was bad. One went out to the truck to get an element which took about 15 mins. I was told at that time the price would be $168.00. I did not shop around for the best price. But can only hope having found them on your list that it is a fair price. I was just very happy to have it fixed so promptly. I have wet blue jeans hanging all over the house. Can't wait to dry them. The downside is that these men were not too professional. I could overlook this because my dryer was fixed so fast. And I would call them again.

As with some other commenters, Weinstein first tried to diagnose the problem over the phone. I appreciated this, but no go. The solution required special order of an unusual part, it took about a week for it to arrive. But it got done, at a fair price, and if I have another problem I will call him again.

Call Mr Weinstein who tried to walk me through some possible sollution to fix the problem my self, when that was unsuccessful one of his service team call me that evening to set up an appt for the next day. Terry, the service man was outstanding, he diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and had it installed with in two days.

A Weinstein Inc's price was extremely reasonable and if you hire anybody else you're an idiot. They came out exactly to the minute of when they said they were going to come out, they fixed everything amazingly fast, took very little of my time, and knew exactly what the problem was instantly after another company screwed everything up by doing something not associated with what caused the problem. A Weinstein is a local company.

Their price was very reasonable. They were out with in an hour of my call. With in a few minutes he diagnosed the problem. He had fixed and was out of the home in 20 minutes.

Our dishwasher wasn't cleaning, so first the technician replaced the fill valve. That didn't work, so he replaced a hose - at no charge. So far, great service. Plus, they gave us great tips on getting the most out of our appliances. But the dang machine still wasn't cleaning. After several calls, was told they were checking with the manufacturer for tips, and suggested in the meantime we pour hot water in the bottom of the dishwasher a couple minutes into the cycle. That helps, but still it's not cleaning well. I've left several messages and haven't gotten any response. So I'm calling someone else.

Mr. Weistien was prompt and rreturned my call. He went to the job on the same day and repairs the dryer and I am very impressed with his professional level of service

Mr. Weinstein was great. He was very proactive, responded to my calls right away. Mr. Weinstein took my call, extended his work day to include my dryer repair that day. He explained what was wrong, how he was going to repair my dryer, what he was doing as he repaired it, he took the time to clean it out, advise on maintenance and care to extend the dryer's life and service.

I called to get my dishwasher serviced and he told me there was not much he could do so close to the holidays. Instead he gave me advice on how I could service the clogged dishwasher myself. This should save me money.

I had used Mr. Weinstein's company previously. Mr. Weinstein called back within an hour of my initial call requesting service. He was able to come over that day to assess why the dryer was operating but not heating up to dry the clothes. After carefully checking the appliance as well as the other possible sources of the problem, he discovered that it was not the appliance that was broken. Mr. Weinstein carefully explained his assessment and helped remediate the problem.
