Description of Work: I had a patio and sunroom full of old furniture and exercise equipment that needed to be removed. Husband and wife team were very efficient and nice as can be.

Description of Work: I paid $99.00 to Angie's list to have half truck load hauled away. I called Angie's list to confirm that what I needed hauled would be only half truck load and they assured me that $99.00 would cover the job but I had to pay an additional $50.00 to JL Hauling.

Description of Work: Removed and hull items from the basement which was to be a whole loan I was told but when the people got there I was told they were only removing an half of load unless I payed more money 150.00 but would take 60.00 and the two washing machine I had I said no and he took an half an load

Description of Work: they came packed what the initial 99 dollars covered into the pickup truck and estimated the additional charges of 150 dollars for what remained to be hauled away. It was quick and I would use them again. One point I would like to make to Angies list is that when you advertise a service that requires a truck would you tell us what kind of truck, pickup, tracter trailer or what? Would be useful to know as far as I am concerned.

Description of Work: The provider hauled away the debris in my yard as promised. Before he would do any work he demanded that I commit to pay him $225 in addtion to the original $99 that I paid to Angie's list. He was pushy and rude on the phone, and really price gauged me. Later, he came to my house on multiple occasions, banging on my door and leaving my gate open which caused my dogs to get out of the yard. I did commit to pay him the additional money, but did so while feeling intimidated.
