Went well. Professional.

Jim called to tell me that they would be late due to traffic which I totally appreciated. He looked over the job and gave me his price. I wrote a check, and he went right to work. I wish I had a before picture so you could see the VAST improvement.

They arrived on time both days. They were thorough and packed the truck efficiently. They explained all costs. They cleaned up after themselves.

The two people who came to see me were a husband and wife team. They were excellent folks, and they did a superb job. They got back to me the same day that I left a message with them. They showed up exactly on time and were very polite and efficient. They picked up a bunch of huge branches in the backyard, chain-sawed them into manageable bits and hauled them away. They raked, cleaned up and tidied my backyard beyond belief. It was beautiful. I asked them if they could remove the dead limb of a tree that had not fallen all the way to the ground, and they agreed to do it, and did it. They weren?t the cheapest people I ever saw in my life, but the price was worth every nickel. They came when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would do plus a little bit more. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Jim was very professional and showed up at the agreed upon time. I was thrilled that he was able to come and pick up the unwanted coffee table on the morning after I called him for an estimate. I thought the price was a touch high but I am very glad to have my garage space back!

Jim was very nice and removed A LOT of junk from my garage. Him and his partner worked very quickly and professionally. They had to walk through my house to get to some patio furniture I needed removed, and they were so worried about tracking dirt onto my floors...I have hard floors so I wasn't worried at all, but I really had to convince them they didn't have to take their shoes off! :) The only slight complaint I have is that Jim originally quoted me $400, and then told me half way through "it might have to be more." When they were all done, he charged me $550. I do think this was a fair price for the work, (the 1800gotjunk people charge 578 for a full load) but, $150 is quite a bit more to add on at the last minute. I would use them again, and I recommend JL Hauling to anyone needing junk removed.

Jim was prompt and worked quickly. He was very cordial. Everything was done in a few hours.

I called JL hauling in the afternoon and Jim agreed to come to my house that night to see the desk and give me a cost estimate. As agreed, Jim and one helper came the next day to get the desk out. With some difficultly (it was a heavy desk) Jim got the desk out and put it on our driveway for donation. However, I learned a lesson. If you need something moved and not hauled away, then hire a mover and not a hauler. The desk got a little damaged but then Jim is a hauler and not a mover so I can't blame him for that.

Arrived about 1/2 hour after time stated.Quoted price and then proceeded to remove furniture. Very quick and efficient. Done in no time. Very professional. Would definitely use again.

Jim and his wife arrived on time and on short notice to remove garden equipment. They were professional and efficient. I will use them again, and will recommend them to my neighbors.

I found out yesterday that the mason who is going to rebuild my 60 year brick porch has an opening in his schedule in two days; so, I needed to get all the junk out of the way in a hurry. I called Jim because his ad said he could do same day hauling. He and Betty came out at noon, as promised and after a quick look around he gave me a great price. Two hours later my problem was all on the back of his truck and heading for the dump. Their work was excellant and I will use them again. They are good people and very good at what they do. Highly recomended.

Jim and his lovely wife came within hours of my call, and toiled in the 95-degree Maryland August heat to load up all the accumulated junk we had cleared from a newly-renovated DIY project in the basement and piled in front of our garage. So much stuff, they needed to make a SECOND trip, and STILL finished within two hours! They left the area in front of the garage so neat and clean, you could never tell anything had been piled there. I have used Jim's services before, and certainly will again! This is an invaluable service to a homeowner with no truck, and Jim treats you like family. The $375 fee was well worth the work - Thanks, Jim!

Jim is very personable and picked up some items from an estate sale and brought them to my house. He also went to the store and purchased and hauled big bags of garden soil for me ( which I remimbursed him for). Always polite and happy.

From start to finish this was a great experience. When Jim arrived, after having called to say he'd be delayed, we came to agreement on a price for the work, then he and Betty thoroughly cleared the area. They were a pleasure to have around, and their work was great. The only reason I marked the price as "good" rather than "great" is totally subjective. I don't have a basis to judge, but I was happy with the price for the work they did.

It went very well. They were very efficient. It took about 2 hours. They stayed out of our common area as I requested and they cleaned up very well. I had no mess to clean up afterward. They were very responsive when I called them and left very coherent messages when they could not reach me. It seemed a little pricey, but another estimate came in higher, I used them.

Jim is fantastic. Responded promptly and showed up on time. This was a horrible job to have to do - heavily soiled and heavy items that had to come down 1 narrow staircase and 1 curved staircase. Jim maintained a wonderful, positive attitude, worked steadily and quickly and was totally professional. His helper was just as impressive. Would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

Jim promptly returned my call. I had to reschedule the appointment, and that was handled very courteously and professionally. He also provided a reminder call the day before. He and his daughter were prompt, friendly and efficient. The entire experience, from start to finish, was exceptional.

I found this company in the Pennysaver. Jim and his daughter showed up exactly when they said they would. They got a sleeper sofa up my basement stairs and out the door. Jim said it was the heaviest sofa they had ever moved, I was shocked they were able to do it. They even had to remove the basement door to get it out. I also had them haul away a large pile of old firewood and a lawnmower. They were both very courteous.
