Dave's Hauling

I called them and the guy answered. It was the first reference that I got from Angie's List. I am so happy with the job and can't wait for them to come back. They shook hands and called me ma'am. They were kind and came out less than one hour of me calling them to come out. I am amazed. They were polite, kind, and helpful. They were just wonderful.

It's too bad there isn't a grade higher than an 'A', because Dave surely deserves it. From the return of my first call, to the clean up at the end of the job, everything went smoothly, professionally, and in a timely manner. Dave and his helper were prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. I've had other haulers in the past, but Dave transcends them all. On top of all that, his price was very reasonable. Wonderful experience! We had an old, massive, very heavy TV that no longer worked, as well as a broken elliptical machine and patio umbrella, to be hauled away. Dave's Hauling showed up when they said they would, carried the heavy items from behind our house and up a hill to the truck. They worked quickly, efficiently, and were a pleasure to do business with.

I needed two sofas moved on short notice. I called Dave and he agreed to come the next day. Showed up exactly when promised and took the sofas. Entire job took about 10 minutes. Price was reasonable and would definitely use again.

My mom called Dave this past Tuesday and he agreed to come today at 11 am and take away the items we needed. He called us prior to the scheduled time and told us he would be late due to the bad weather moving his appointments back. He arrived a little before noon and got right to work. He and his assistant took much more than we thought they would, much to our surprise and joy. He was polite, worked quickly (took about an hour), and offered to come back and take away anything left over when we were ready. His rates were very reasonable, especially for the amount of stuff he took away for us. I think we got an excellent deal and we would be more than happy to use Dave again or to recommend him to anyone else who needs a reliable, hard-working hauler at a good rate.

He was excellent! He was timely, quick, efficient, and responsive.

After reviewing a few companies I called up Dave since his prices were more competitive. He answered and I explained what I need hauled. He gave me a quote, stating it sounded like one truck load. We agreed on a date and time, pending wintery weather conditions and he said he would call the night before to confirm. He called as he had stated, except a few hours earlier than expected (a good thing). Coincidentally, someone knocked on my door the day before and offered to remove the trash from my driveway. I explained I had more stuff in the back and he gave me a quote as competitive as Dave. But I decided to stick with Dave and glad I did. I may have more stuff hauled in the future and I thought Dave was very professional over the phone. Dave and his assistant arrived on time. I told him he could drive his truck into the backyard to load. The job took about 40 minutes. Dave had to chain saw the picnic table and take apart the pool slide. His price was more competitive than buying a $30 dumpster bag and having it picked up for $154 in my area, not to mention hauling everything into the bag. Dave is professional, personable and reliable with competitive prices. I would definitely hire him again and recommend to others.

I called Dave on Friday afternoon to discuss the service I needed. He asked when I would like to have the work done; I asked if he could do it the next day. He said he would see if he could work it out, and call me back, which he did a few hours later. He also gave me the price at that time. The next day he and his assistant arrived on time, were friendly and courteous, and did a great job getting everything out of the house. They were quick and efficient. I could not be more pleased with this service. I would not hesitate to use them again, and give them the highest recommendation. It was great to have someone answer my initial phone call, call me back when he said he would, arrive on time, and complete the work, all within 24 hours. I would rate them A+++++

Came over day before and gave a quote. Came over the very next day to haul everything away and gave us a discount for using Annie's list. Awesome service and very friendly.

Hard workers, professional. Did everything asked, and more. Quote was $100 less than a competitor.

We couldn't be happier. My neighbor and I had to cut down a tree between our houses that had grown a little out of control. After cutting down the tree, we needed someone to come to pick-up all of the tree limbs. I quickly found Dave on Angie's list and gave him a call on Sunday afternoon. I received a call from him Monday morning (he apologized profusely for not being able to get back to me on Sunday), and committed to come by on Wednesday afternoon to pick everything up. I unfortunately wasn't home when Dave and his co-worker came by, but my wife was extremely happy with their work, stating that they were very cordial, and worked quickly. Dave and his crew went above and beyond simply loading the brush into their truck - they had to use a chainsaw to cut a few limbs to a smaller size, and even raked up the area of my yard where the limbs were to get up any additional sticks and leaves. All in all, this was a great experience, and we will definitely use Dave in the future.

Dave came that same day, which was great. The stuff all fit into his large pickup with high sides, and Dave and his helper loaded very quickly. Very nice guys. How great to get all that stuff out of here! We would call Dave again.

Dave responded immediately. Said he could come that day or the next. Scheduling was easy. He was on-time. My wife is weary of people coming in the house as we have two small children. But the crew was very friendly and she was made to feel comfortable and happy, which means I'm happy. They were quick and even the truck wasn't full so they had my wife call me to see if there's anything else they could take so we didn't waste any space in the truck. Very nice and not expensive. This team is a no-brainer if need hauling services.

I called Dave to get a quote for hauling old furniture away. Dave quoted $95 dollars a load and depending on the size of the furniture, two loads may be required. After mentioning Angie's list, he gave me $5 off per load. The guys were there the very same day, within several hours of my call. After seeing the truck, I was sure two loads would be required, but the guys were able to fit everything into one load. They were very professional and quick. I would definitely use Dave's Hauling again.

Dave was the 3rd company I tried and he was the only one to answer the call. He gave an estimate over the phone and scheduled the job the next day. He came promptly, did the job, cleaned up the debris in the driveway, and asked if evrything was OK. He and his partner were very courteous and professional.

I called and made an appointment. I already new the price as I had used him before. He arrived right on time. Loaded up the truck and asked if I had anything else as he stil had room on the truck. One of the items was an adjustable matress foundation. He was going to take it home and remove the metal for recycling, which I thought was exceptional.

Immediate response (within hours) for quote. Adjusted schedule to accomodate our needs. Arrived on time, prepared and ready to work. Dave and crew were courteous, friendly and did a great job. They were clearly aimed at making sure we were satisfied with many check ins to make sure everything was acceptable. Would highly recommend for anyone neding demo and haul away.

Contacted Fri; came same day and provided estimate. Work done following Mon. Cleaned up nicely and checked before leaving to make sure job was done satisfactorily.

Very prompt and extremely courteous. Cleaned up afterwards. I have used them a couple of times. Great price and great service.

Dave did a fantastic job and left the site clean as a whistle. The barn was very large, and supported by enormous posts dug deep into the ground. Over the course of three days, Dave removed the barn in sections, and hauled the rubble out of the rural area with pickup trucks. He set aside some of the wood for us as we requested, but otherwise disposed of everything, and completely cleaned the site each day he worked on it. He was professional throughout, communicating his plans clearly and left us with no surprises. Most remarkably, he was careful of the safety of other contractors on the site, cordoning off the area while the deep post holes were exposed, to make sure that nobody was injured by stepping into them. He was very concientious in filling the post holes, tamping down the fill dirt to make sure there was minimal settling afterwards. His fee was very reasonable, given the amount of labor involved in removing such a big structure in a muddy field.

Chad showed up on time and efficiently got everything cleared. He was appreciative of the fact that we'd taken the time to pound down the pointed end of the nail in the boards. I'd definitely look to Dave's Hauling first the next time I need some things hauled away.

I could have hauled the 19-inch TV myself, but the 27-inch weighed about 100 lbs. and I didn't want to injure myself trying to get it from the house into my car. I lugged both sets onto the front porch, covered them with a sheet, and Dave picked them up the following morning. The whole process was so easy I wished I had done it sooner.
